Even though I was 15 minutes late, Sylvia made sure to get me out of there on time. As a first-​timer, I was pretty nervous, but her welcoming and professional attitude relaxed me enough to fall asleep! I’m a convert for flutter!
It is an expensive indulgence ($ 250) and I work 60 hr weeks, so I’m hoping to stretch the recommended bi-​wkly fills ($ 75) to a monthly basis ($ 85 I think). At minimum, she advises buying a lash protecting solution ($ 50).
Expect to spend 5 or 10 minutes filling out paperwork the first visit. It’s similar to what you’d do as a new medical patient (allergies, current meds & facial products, ect).
Btw you get access to the hotel pool and the spa’s steam and mud rooms with your appointment. I need to find out how soon before an appointment I can come in to use those amenities. I can’t wait to check out her other services! Will update

WOW! JUST WOW!!! I actually am torn whether to post this or not because I don’t want to spoil my new found secret! Sylvia is the sweetest, most accommodating person but that’s not even the best part; I have been getting my lashes done off and on for 4 years and religiously for the last 2 and I have NEVER been so happy in my life! I left her salon so excited because I love them, I usually go to Xtreme lash stylists so I’m generally happy but this is above and beyond! I can’t stop looking at my face, she did EXACTLY what I asked for and more! This is hands down the best eyelash application I’ve ever had. Obsessed! Thank you Sylvia, I am officially a lifer!

I had my lashes done by Sylvia, I just loved them! She took her time through the process. I never felt rushed and the quality was 100% there. Ive since referred several friends to her and every single one of them are pleased. She gave me tips to help them last and get my money worth out of them. To me that really showed good character and it wasnt all about the money to her. She cared that i was happy. I will definetly be back to see her again some time soon. She does awesome eye brows. I dont let anyone else touch mine.

I’ve been going to Sylvia for months now for my lash extensions. She does wonderful lash extensions. They always look natural and I’ve never had any problems with them, unlike what I’ve heard from friends who have gone elsewhere. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed by her and they’ve turned out perfect every time.
She also did makeup for my wedding. It lasted all day and looked beautiful. She even created a custom lipstick for the wedding day. My matron of honor never wears makeup and hates people touching her face, and Sylvia did an amazing job of working with exactly what my matron of honor wanted.

Sylvia is very good at what she does. She does a very natural set of eyelashes (including lash dip for lower lashes) and Anastasia-​like beautifully defined eyebrows. Sylvia is is also very friendly and professional. She really listens to what you want, because her goal is to make your lashes perfect every time. I highly recommend Sylvia so go to her with total confidence.

Sylvia is amazing when it comes to the art of eyelash extensions. I highly recommend her! She has been doing my lashes for the past few months and I have never been disappointed. My lashes are full and natural looking, I get compliments on them everywhere I go. The best part about her work is they last! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! Her prices are very reasonable for the high quality service ;)
