The staff for the most part wasn’t very helpful, mostly the ‘stand around and bullshit with you’ while you actually need help, instead of actually helping you. However, the store was clean and organized for how chaotic it was the week before Christmas. The only gripe I have and it’s a major one… The management needs to hire competent human beings. The girl at the register that rang me up took at least 8 minutes to complete my transaction… of one single item. She rang my item in more slowly than my dad hunt and pecks at his keyboard to type a sentence with two fingers. When I gave her the amount to pay with, she stared at the coins, counting and recounting them at least three or four times… Mind you it was 80 cents and a $ 50 bill. She put the amount into the register and handed me back a penny for a purchase of $ 43.79. At this point we’re at the 8-minute mark. I politely tell her I gave her a $ 50 bill and she gives me a slight chuckle and says. ‘Oh.’ No apology, no trying to hurry up to give me the change, which I had to tell her how much she owed me because apparently she didn’t know how to read the receipt to figure that part out. She finally, after another five minutes gave me my $ 7 and that was that. Dumb as a fucking brick. Pardon my French but that really is the only way to describe the girl. Probably either in high school or graduated. I don’t know. Either way, there were 4 other employees standing around. Not one seemed to pay attention to what was going on with the transaction. No idea if any of them were managers or not. Either way, I don’t even want to know how much her register could be off by. None of my business, and they won’t be getting my business again. I’ll go to other Game Stops in the future. They have better employees.

Great selection of new and used games. I really like that you can sell your old games/consoles for store credit.
