I have been a client of Great West Management for over 20 years on several properties that my wife and I own. Great West makes sure the properties are well maintained, takes care of problems that arise, and make sure that the tenants are satisfied.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and responds promptly to all questions and issues. If a problem arises, it is taken care of in a timely manner.
They collect rents, check on the property on a regular basis, and provide us with detailed financial information on a monthly basis.
If you are looking for an honest company that will manage your property as if it were their own, Great West is a company you can trust.

I would steer clear if you are able to. Unfortunately, if your HOA is with them you don’t have a choice.
No communication unless it’s convenient to them. Rude employees who think that bookkeeping is the customers responsibility and zero accountability for their lack of responsiveness.

Horrible company. no communication, loses paperwork, lost checks, drop box outside of building was broken in to and they did not tell anyone about it, grounds are covered in cigarette buts and garbage. Told you stuff then once it’s time to sign the lease the stuff they said is different from the lease. I would not recommend this rental companie

Tanya Brendelson — She’s proved to be an atrocious woman. No joke, her first words to me in person «I thought you’d be taller and blonde». I’m 5’2″ and dark. She treated my escrow agent and realtor in an appalling fashion as well, stating that her math was flawless while my agent paid to correct her very obvious accounting error out of my closing proceeds. She recently told me ‘she has no supervisor’ while she’s not a designated broker herself. So I guess in that case she’s only admitting her own ignorance.

The most horrible professional experience of my life
My husband is deployed to Afghanistan. While working out our financial plan for the deployment, we agreed that the money from your renters would be used to pay bills at our current residence. This was a big mistake, as Great West cannot be trusted to pay their owners on time, or even at all.
Since we signed a lease with our renters in June, I have received ONE check. (June was so late it was included with July.) It is now August 15. When I emailed today to ask if August’s check has in the mail, the reply I received was a simple, «Not yet. It SHOULD be out today. Thanks.» I emailed back and requested that it definitely be out today, as previous correspondence indicated that checks will be mailed on the 10^th of every month. I received no reply. I thought it might help if I offer up my UPS account to speed the transit time and ensure tracking possibility. I called to offer my account number and was told, «We don’t have the man power for that.» I explained it’s really quite simple — you can print a mailing label online with no cost to Great West and I will even call UPS to have it picked up, «No, I really don’t have the time for that.» I tried to remain calm as I requested the check be sent out via USPS today. I noted her previous promises of mailing the check on the 10^th, and asked that she simply mail the check TODAY. Tanya then told me, «Ok, now I’m getting frustrated.» and began to raise her voice at me. I did raise my voice back, and she hung up on me. I’ve never been treated as a client by Great West. Only as a pest. I’ve gotten nothing but excuses and emotional outbursts from Tanya. It is outright unprofessional, and should not be tolerated. For this reason I called the president of the company and spoke with him. He assured me, my check would go out today.
Two hours later I received an email accusing me of inappropriate behavior and terminating my contract with Great West.
If you are willing to put up with being cast aside, ignored, talked down to, and belittled by a company to whom you pay a monthly fee? Please, chose Great West. But if you’re looking for people who do their job, remain professional, and keep promises? Stay away from this horrible company.
