I dont even know where to begin this is the third time ive went to this kfc and they are out of chicken i came for strips they were out told me it would take 10 minutes to cook them then i order 2 pc dark and they was out of dark meat then i asked if i can get 2 breast instead of breast and wing sense everything i wanted they was out of the so called manager that is always working when ive came there named kathryn got a attitude because i told her she isnt running her store properly seeing they only ever have sides how do you run a business when you dont have the food to sell i will not be returning to this location and ill make sure people i know that live in the area dont either this location needs new management clearly she is closing down her store before its actually time to close.

I cant even write a review because every single time we’ve tried to order from here you guys are out of chicken! Multiple times this has happened. It doesn’t make sense. It’s hours before closing and you guys don’t have 8 pieces of chicken for the $ 20 meal?! If you knew your were out of chicken why on earth would you tell us you’ll be right with us when we pull up at the drive thru just to make us wait there for 5 min. Last time I checked this was KFC. I’m not sure how fast food chicken works but I find it suspicious that you are always out.

When it comes to fast food my expectations are low. And I mean REALLY REALLY low. You know what you get with KFC… its no secret. Colonel Sander’s secret recipe, a few different combos, chicken strips, hot wings, chicken pot pies, sandwiches, etc. You get the drill. They’re all the same basically. But this location has bad bad bad service. I’ve stopped here at least 50 times over the past 20 years and I can always count on crappy service. Theres never enough people working. They’re super slow. The employees just don’t give an eff. Its a shame cause its so close to home. Anyways… good chicken, lousy service.

The «manager» of this place is an absolute joke! He was rude to me when I went through the drive thru. When I went inside to speak to the manager I told him how rude he was being and he just had very short condescending replies. When I told him I was going to report him to the company he said go ahead but would not give any information about himself. He obviously doesn’t care abt keeping his job. The restaurant was also disgusting and unkempt inside! It looked like no one had cleaned in a while and there was no sanitation score posted. I will NEVER go to this KFC again.

Man oh man I heart KFC! I’m a big ol’ fan of the Original Recipe! For crispy chicken my choice is Popeyes but I gotta show some «luf» to the Original Recipe!
This location has Kenny G & Mindi Abair and Kenny G similiar songs bumping thru the speakers and I can say it made my dining in experience a whole lot better! Eating fried chicken and listening to easy listening music just seems to really work out! I wasn’t the only one who seemed to enjoy the Kenny G experience. It seems the employees and other dining in guest were enjoying it too. I think the music just put everyone in a good vibe.
Employees were friendly and attentive. Pretty efficient as well. Just need to put in some work in the overall condition of the dining area. The back kitchen seems to look okay from upfront but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some «cutting corners» in cleanliness. Don’t matter anyways because I’ve never gotten sick. My stomach tells no lies. Bubble guts after eating at a location gets automatic bad review from a Man’s man review of everthing!
I’d give this place a 4 star rating but the condition of the dining area with bits of fried chicken and once eaten biscuit particles stuck in between every crevice of the tables & chairs is not a good look. If you can ignore the condition of the dining area and try not to give it to much thought into it I think you’ll be okay. Every KFC I’ve gone to the dining area is dirty… but come to this location and enjoy the Kenny G song playlist while you eat your 3pc chicken combo.

We eat here on occasion and the food is the usual KFC fare. It is good and not dry or greasy. We usually have to wait a bit for fresh chicken, never over 5 minutes. We like white meat and original if that explains it, or not. We have tried most of the sides and the cakes. Cakes are about the same as the supermarket. He sides aren’t bad, potatoes remind me of Idaho Potato buds. My family loves the Mac n cheese, but I find the pasta a bit over cooked and I have no idea about the cheese. We get grilled on occasion and it’s good as well.
Food: good and above average in prep for KFC
Service: always polite and above average
Cleanliness: ok to good (depends on shift)
No WiFi and the bathrooms are ok, but old.

Always a sloppy, dirty looking restaurant. From multiple bad experiences with this place over the years I’ve always waited months before going back thinking they’l be new employees and mgnt.
Last night ordered 2 — 10 piece leg/​thigh buckets (one BBQ, other original). Checker said it would be 30 minutes because they didnt have that at the time. I said okay, I’ll wait. She came out 10 minutes later with the order and said: «Okay, we had it.»
Got home and discovered instead of making a fresh batch of leg/​thighs, they had dumped all the leftover pieces on the tray into my bucket — wings, breasts, thighs, legs. some of it I immediately spit out as it was spoiled — yuk. Not going back for a looong time.

Now I do not eat fast food often. But KFC & Arby’s are my exceptions. This location frustrates me lately & I only go because it is so close to where I live.
If you come after 9:15 (they close at 10) they will not make any more chicken. Crazy I know since that’s what they are known for. But that’s how it is. They have what they have & if it’s not what you want then too bad. Now I work in fast food & understand the business concept of not making food to waste it, but if the customer is willing to wait the 10 mins or so it takes to prepare more why would you flat out refuse to? I’d rather have a customer wait than leave & avoid my location.
Today I came by for lunch and though I was able to order exactly what I wanted, my mashed potatoes & gravy was literally half full when I got it. I’m not saying it needs to be packed in but come on!
The focus on saving money to the restaurant as opposed to taking care of your customers will hurt this location immensely. Focus on us otherwise you won’t get our money.

Dirty dirty dirty. Go inside & start looking around while you wait for your order. You will be so disgusted. I told the counter guy & he was like oh ok. Like that level of filth was a normal thing. Over an inch thick of slimy mold in the drip tray of the drink dispenser, gunk on the windows or spit I wasn’t sure, tables were all sticky oh and hair was stuck to the drink dispensing machine too. Floor was filthy, as were chairs & pretty much any surface.

Went to get chicken last night normally love KFC but there were no real specials ok so they offered a 10 piece mixed supposed to be white and dark was 23.00 and the first bad meal didnt check it out till I got home to dish the girls dinner first off asked for half grilled and extra crispy this was the smallest bucket of chicken I ever opened there was no grilled at all it was orginal yuk there were 3 wings 3 legs 1breast and they rest thighs. The gravy was burned on the outside of the container and less than half full. The mashed potatoes were ¾ full and had asked for butter and honey and they gave us 6 butters and 1 honey explain that to 2 toddlers. Wont ever count on KFC for dinner again poor quality but they did have quick service

I admit it. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken. did you know they changed the name back in the 90’s because of the health people that didn’t like the name fried in the title. now people find out fried if done right is healthier, that’s funny. I’m not saying kfc is healthy cause I know it’s not but i don’t care. this place is fast and convenient for me. it’s two blocks away.
my favorite is the original recipe. right out of the fryer. where the skin is just nearly hanging on. bite into it and the flavor explodes and all your senses goes wild. crunchy. salty. savory. uhmamae. I even do something a little stupid something. get some good hot sauce and a little honey. I’m in heaven, I’m in heaven, and there’s no place that I’d rather be. then to be eating more K F C.
second favorite there is the wings. I like it’s a little kick with no sauce. I love the crunch. I’ll admit it I buy 20 wings for my self then take the chicken home and eat the chicken with family. I’m a pig but I’m no cannibal I eat the first white meat. ok I an a cannibal I love pork to.
