So far, I am in shock that a business can operate with such poor customer service. I purchased a Groupon for this spa & was waiting for the right time to pamper myself. I tried calling multiple times every day for a week and never got a human voice; just the same recording.
The reason I called is because the online schedule appointment tool gave me «First Available» as May, when I was attempting to schedule in February. My Groupon expires in March. I have never had to wait three months for anything, let alone a mere 90 minute spa treatment. I can’t believe this fancy online tool is for real. But I don’t know, because I can’t get ahold of a human to find out.
I put my name on their waiting list through this tool and filled out the online comment form asking for them to contact me. Here’s hoping they call me when I’m not working and can answer the phone.
I’ll post more as/​if answers are provided.
I received a phone message (of course while I was at work) saying that I should be able to get an appointment soon while on the waiting list. A month went by and I never got an appointment.
The message also said they had call-​back hours on Saturdays, so I called right away that Saturday morning, left a message, and didn’t get a call back until 2 WEEKS later. By then my Groupon had expired so I had already called Groupon to receive my money back and not have to deal with this joke of a spa. Thank goodness Groupon is so good to it’s customers!

I bought a full body wax from groupon. I wanted to get it done in two weeks but they were booked for two months and my groupon would expire by then. Fortunately they were kind enough to give it to me anyway BUT it was to be for the next month on a saturday. My groupon was for full face, full leg, bikini, stomach and back. They said full face was eyebrows and lip. They did an alright job with bikini and back but the stomach and legs were botched. They didn’t even do my full legs! they said I had to chose between ankle to knee or knee up and i reminded them the groupon and they wouldnt do the full leg. She left big patches and I was not happy, same with the stomach and not only that but I kept reminding her the wax was too hot. I had pretty bad wax burns. I would have given 1 star but the girls were nice. The service was bad though. I felt jipped

Like another reviewer, a girlfriend and I came here on a Groupon. It was for a massage & facial, one hour for each. Maybe I didn’t hear the directions as clearly as I should’ve when they called me for my reminder, but I found the place a little difficult to find for one. When we arrived, their space is directly in front of the elevators, however their space is so small! There’s their office door, a small lobby-​type area that holds a tiny closet, a table and two chairs, then another room where whatever service you receive takes place. I mean, it was nice that we got to be in the same room, but it just felt a little cramped.
There were two massage tables where we laid and I started with the massage while my friend started with her facial. Once they techs were done, they would switch. The facial I found to be fine. Granted, I haven’t had a facial in quite sometime, but it felt nice. The massage on the other hand really wasn’t that great. I checked on my form I like firm pressure, and asked for more pressure in the middle of my massage. I don’t know if I just can handle more pressure than others, but I’ve had way better massages.
I don’t know whether this place is new or what, but I’m not as inclined to return for a massage certainly. For a facial… I’m sure I can find a place to go to that’s easier for me to get to.

This place is a total rip off! I had a living social coupon. They double booked me and then insisted I was there the wrong day even though I showed them my email reminder. They wanted to do my spa treatment in the postage stamp sized LOBBY on a metal chair and didn’t have hot water so they were using an electric tea kettle. This place should be shut down. It is run by students in massage school and is a total scam.

I bought a groupon deal for a facial, back facial, foot and steam treatment with a customized facial mask. It seemed like it was a great deal 40 dollars for a 120 dollar value, but i went in and was seriously disappointed.
The «spa» is a closet. There is nothing relaxing about the space. Its incredibly cramped, tiiny, uncomfortable. The place was completely cluttered. When i booked the appointment, i was told it was a 90 minute treatment which was not true. I had a 2 pm appt and was done by 2:40. The facial was nothing more than some creams on my face that were wiped off with a damp towel. The steam treatments were warm towels on my back. I could have stayed home, put some Noxema on my face with biore pore strip and had a better facial.
I see this «spa» on groupon all the time. Please dont waste your money.
