I haven’t had color done but I had a hair cut (trim) by Ashley! She’s pretty amazing. She could be a little loud to some people and she loves to talk but I don’t mind she’s pretty funny and has a conversation with you throughout the whole appointment. She’s a perfectionist and won’t let you leave the appointment until you like the «new you» book Ashley and you will see what I mean:) you guys will love her! I gotta admit I kinda sorta love this place. Like I said I only had a hair cut so I could only judge them by that.

I don’t Unilocal often because I often don’t find what I am looking for but today I found it! That’s master cuts In Tacoma mall. Breonna is the best. She has a very careful hand and took cares about detail! I have very curly hair and many people have attempted to straighten it and fail. I will happily recommend this place would highly recommend trying this place if you have black girl hair and want it straightened well! Go in and see Breonna she will take care of your hair in whatever state it’s in! Happy holidays and enjoy.

Amanda was amazing I brought my daughter and myself in two weeks ago and she did a wonderful job. My daughter had a lot of curly hair that she wanted chopped into a pixie and she is so happy with it. She did great on my hair too. This week my youngest had gone somewhere else to get hers done and they didn’t do it right. I took her in to Amanda and she not only fixed it but did it exactly how she had wanted it in the first place! We will be coming to her from now on! Excellent Customer Service.

So let me get this straight: you get a new store manager who turns out to be a complete and total tool who doesn’t know the first thing about running a salon. This causes your best (and my favorite) stylist to quit, while you hold on to your newest stylist who, while trying very hard and being very nice and professional, needs some coaching and improvement. Welp, this causes me to follow your best stylist to her new job across town.

Amazing amazing amazing! I was always very skeptical about coming here because it’s very fast paced and I always felt that the attention wouldn’t be completely on me and boy was I WRONG! When I sit down in my stylists chair, it’s like I’m the only customer there. I see Amanda and she is amazing. She listens and helps me achieve EXACTLY what I want. Never have I ever been disappointed with anything she’s done. I definitely recommend her!

I went in with a head full of dry scraggly looking hair and Julie made it ALL better! She has been doing hair for almost as long as I’ve been alive, and made my time there fly by! I won’t go to anyone else for my hair now, she was THAT good.
