REALLY great customer service! I was not the easiest customer, and they surpassed my expectations. It is so nice to be able to talk to a real person and not just deal with a website. That said, I also appreciated the email confirmation that was instant and detailed – I knew exactly what to expect, start to finish. I ordered the combo inflatable, which was perfect for my 6 year old birthday party. The kids had an absolute blast — it made the party! Thank you, Merry Makers! You guys are awesome. I will definitely use you again.

Great experience! Easy booking online and every contact with the company was pleasurable. They dropped off the bouncy house exactly when they said, set it up quickly and were gone. They arrived again EXACTLY when they said and were gone in a matter of minutes. I would recommend the Merry Makers for your next birthday party for sure!

The scheduling was super easy online, everything was delivered early and picked up on-time and the kids loved every second. I called a bunch of different places and Merry Makers was the best price and the easiest to schedule. I would for sure rent from them again in the future!

These guys saved my butt! I had another balloon artist booked and he cancelled on me a few days before my event. They were able to get me a balloon artist and he was awesome! I highly recommend this company and I also highly recommend the balloon artist whose name was Jay. Definitely five stars! :-)
