I absolutely love supporting small and local businesses. The owners of this food truck had complete ‘A-​game’ customer service. You can tell when someone is cooking from a personal and invested passion.
I tasted the Churro Waffle (Yes! That’s a thing!) & the Breakfast Sammie and they were both very good and cooked perfectly! Opening up the to-​go box even the presentation was on point. (Which is huge points for me always!)
If you ever see this food truck, make it a point to stop. Isn’t everyone always in the mood for chicken & waffles? Yum!

My first time visiting the Puyallup Farmer’s Market today and I love the chicken and waffle combination, so seeing their stand obviously took my attention away from all other places.
I ordered this sandwich called the «Seany Boy», it was caramelized chicken and cheese, sandwiched between a bacon infused waffle… Totally Changed the game. I for real love food, I love different kinds of food. I honestly believe if they get a food truck or opened a spot in Seattle somewhere, they’ll make a million happy tummies.

The food was great! Best chicken and waffles that my husband and I have ever eaten. The waffles were so fluffy and the butterscotch caramel glaze over the chicken is absolutely amazing!!! You won’t find waffles or chicken like P and J’s. We had a stuffed waffle which had eggs and sausage along with maple syrup to top it. For dessert, we have the churro waffle which was my personal favorite! We highly recommend P and J’s Waffle delight if you are looking for a good waffle. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Delicious!!! The perfect waffle! Light and fluffy with a perfect crisp on the outside. Had the Key Lime. Can’t wait to go back to the Puyallup Farmer’s Market and try another delicious flavor! Yumm!!!

Our family has had P and J’s Waffles and chicken many times. The wings are my personal favorite! I could eat them all day long! My favorite so far is the loaded breakfast waffle. Their dessert ones are also delicious! The Kit Kat one is my personal favorite! I suggest if you haven’t tried their food you should give them a call! You will not be disappointed one bit! I follow them on Face book and Instagram just to see what new waffle and wings they are offering! Check them out.:)

Excellent addition to the Pacific Northwest. I had been following them on instagram for just over a week when I had finally decided to call in an order. They had specific menu items available (which to me only adds the intrigue because you know there giving you their best) and boy was I not let down. Not only was the food great but he even delivered. I’ll definitely be ordering with them again in the future and often as well.
