Panera Bread

The food is always delish but the dining area was such a mess. It looked like no one takes pride in it. Messy, dirty tables and stuff all over the floor. It wasn’t too busy either. :/

Great food, great service, my wife and I love to come here. We never miss out on our rewards or delicious pastries! They are great for groups and the crowd they attract and cater to are pretty awesome.

They messed up our order completely and were rude about it. Ran out of coffee and sesame bagels during breakfast hours also and the place is empty.

The food is simple and delicious.but. why so overpriced:/ it’s definitely pricey! And don’t bother eating lunch there on a weekend it’s so busy and you gotta wait awhile till you get your food.

Oh man! if there’s a word to describe what I just endured for lunch today, it would be NASTY! It was partly my fault for buying into the gimmick and ordered an Asian dish (wonton soup) at an American place, but the Turkey carmelized kale panini? That was all your fault Panera!!!
Your food made me sad and it killed the beautiful memory I once had as a college student and squatting at your establishment to do homework. The sweet cashier person described the wonton soup as ‘full size,’ which came out to be 3 undercooked wontons and a few scraps of veggies. The panini came out under toasted with the inside cold… the side of bread was also cold.
Normally, when I’m hungry… my standards are pretty low… meaning, most food… GOOD. Unfortunately, this time, Panera had assaulted my taste buds with what I can only assumed was an attempt to be innovative and relevant with foods but didn’t commit to the idea… I gave 2 stars mainly for the service despite the fact that they brought out the wrong order to us.
Panera, you turned my smile upside down!

This specific Panera location is awful. 3 out of 5 times my order never comes out right. Especially if using the rapid order pickup option. They always seem to be out of ingredients. This location is ran quite inefficiently and is disappointing.

This happened a while back and it still grosses me out! & also why I refuse to eat at this panera! I found a LONG hair in my sandwich and not just next to it. In my sandwich like between the turkey and lettuce I don’t know how no one would have noticed it was just hanging off my plate I immediately brought it back to the counter and the employee looked at me like I was crazy and said «uh what do you want me to do about it?» Uh I don’t know refund me? Make me a new sandwich… anything ??? After a battle they made me a new sandwich I was so grossed out after that I just threw it away. I love panera but that did it for me… horrible customer service.

Love love love the autumn squash soup breadbowl. Absolutely amazing. Seriously, so good. Customer service was fast and accurate.

Always wanted to try this place out and my friend just got me a panini from there and i could see what looked like fruit flies crawling around on my sandwich there was 3 inside the package i didnt even wanna touch it i just tossed it. I currently work for the military in food service and i have never seen anything so nasty! And when we brought it to the managers concern all she could say was we can make you a new one like i would wanna eat from that crap again

Came in at 9:30 pm. They close at 10:00. We ordered two COLD sandwiches for here. There were 3 employees, and no other customers. I’m all for having a good time at work, but not instead of making my food. It took over 10 minutes for our food to come out while the employees were clearly more concerned with hanging out, and closing the store. Tables still needed cleaned as well. That being said, the sandwiches were good. I’ve been to much better Paneras, but hey, it’s better than fast food on the road.

I work in the mall and we always eat lunch daily. It is so sad when you get back to your store to find out that your $ 8 sandwich looks a $ 1 sandwich. It’s so common now days to find employees who just have no pride in their work.

The food was fine. The girl taking my order seemed new, but nice.
The problem was trying to find a booth that had a bussed and clean table. I ended up clear across the place to the far wall.
Afterwards I couldn’t find anyone to ask for a box for my sandwich and finally found them on my own.
Then I made the mistake of using the bathroom. Although I know it’s not their fault some idiot tried to flush the entire package of seat covers. It was quite evident that no one had checked that bathroom all day. The garbage was full and over flowing.
They either need to hire more employees or get the ones working there to keep the place clean. Not sure I want to come back to this location.

First time visiting this Panera. We also used the the self service kiosk for the first time which sped us our order. The manager, Rick, asssisted us with the functions and politely explained the specials or new items on the menu. Sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup was great. Our kids love the soup and salads as well. Atmosphere was typical sandwich, lunch time rush. The servers are friendly and polite. The floor has crumbs on the floor but what do you expect with toasted bread and customers clraning their mess up unto the floor. We definitely would come back here. Unfortunately, onion soup is off the menu due to menu updates. Life will continue.

The foods pretty good and I love how they have healthier choices and how’s there’s so many near me, so if you’re looking for a better life style instead of going to a fast food restaurant go to pander bread ! They employees are friends and nice and they have nice vibes

My overall experience was okay. The food was good. I ordered a BBQ chicken salad & did the half/​half thing or whatever it is. Half salad, half panini — I got the chipotle panini. This was my first time at Panera again in years, and I can’t complain.

Not very clean, staff is rude and awkward. I only come for the bagels… Every Tuesday you can get a Baker’s dozen for half the price! Worth it just for that.

Most times that I’m looking for a simple but satisfying bite for breakfast I’ll stop by a PB. Hadn’t been to this location yet so I gave it a shot. The black cherry smoothie is no longer on the menu, that’s a bummer. The sausage, egg & cheese on ciabatta and turkey sausage & spinach sandwich were calling my name. The ciabatta sandwiches are always a hit. The «healthier» choice with spinach wasn’t to bad, it was dry. This is where they loose some points. Why are you holding the ketchup hostage ?? Trying to get a couple packets of ketchup was as hard as trying to get access to Area 51.

I haven’t been here in about a year and a half, and apparently I’m not missing anything. We only came because our son begged us for some mac, and cheese, otherwise I avoid this place.
They left a new girl at the register by herself. She was getting flustered, and kept apologizing over and over to everyone in line over the wait, and kept saying it was her first time on the register, yet there was no one helping her. I sat there watching employees in the kitchen area talking, and talking, thinking to myself that they must not know how to run a register, was why they weren’t helping. After a long wait, this guy finally comes over, and takes orders. He was friendly, but his priority’s were in the wrong place, while you have a line of people, and a new girl on the only open register is NOT The time for chit-​chatting, and goofing off with other employees.
They lady who called us up to tell us our order was ready, just threw our order on the counter, didn’t say thank you, have a good day, nothing, she was very unpleasant, and snobby.
How does a place like this stay in business, I don’t get it.

Not to impressed with this Panera Bread– they need to have employees cleaning tables and the floor! very messy and unclean place!
The portion size seems smaller then other Panera Breads I have been to also, so doubt we’ll be back at this location.

Even though this is a mall location, I was super excited to find out that another location was being built in Tacoma! Thank goodness it’s not in the Food Court area so parking is a little better and they actually have a few spots specifically for to-​go orders! woo-​hoo smart thinking…
You can always count on Panera to offer pretty healthy eats and wide variety of them at that too! Sometimes you just want something light and healthy and/​or healthy and filling and Panera can offer you this with all their delicious choices and options from Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Panini’s and even sweet treats.
I really can’t complain about anything, except maybe pricing, it’s a little on the high end.
