Pizza Hut

I ordered pizzas last night at 5pm at 6: 20 I call back they transferred me to the store and no one ever answered it rang and rang then discounted. I called back at 6;40 and the girl checked on my order and said THERE WAS NO ORDER. I was pissed my kids are hungry so we went to Little Caesars and ate in 15min. Pizza Hut you lost me.

You know what? Rock on Parkland Pizza Hut! I went online to order a pizza, and their online system was down and I was directed to call. I called, and they said they were honoring online deals as their tech guy had been there all day trying to fix connectivity issues with their online system and their card system. I placed my order for two medium $ 6.99 each pizzas, and a $ 5.99 brownie and gave her my card number. When my card wouldn’t go through because their system was down, I thought all was lost, and I’d have to text a pizza emoji to Domino’s, she said not only was my pizza free, but a delivery person was bringing it to me! On top of that, the time she quoted me was 45 minutes and it was here in 30 delivered by a VERY chipper and friendly delivery driver. That is EXACTLY how you keep customers. Because of this young lady’s excellent customer service, I know I truly am valued by their store and will for sure be giving them much repeat business!

We had been ordering from this location over the past 3 years, but no longer order from them any longer. The last time I ordered from them the cheese was nonexistent and I bit into a piece that had a huge hair in it! It was pressed into the pizza dough. It was disgusting and considering we are very good tippers. Usually 15% to 20%! I would caution anyone who orders from them again.

We’ve been ordering from this pizza hut for a while now so I finally decided to write a review. Their service and food is across the board good and there isn’t a lot of variation in the quality of the food. I have had instances in the past where they have gotten the order wrong and they didn’t fix it very well. These instances are very few and far between, but they are the reason I dropped them down to 4 stars.
Some time ago I saw a post online of pictures that had been drawn on pizza boxes at the orders request. They were hilarious and ever since then I have always put something in the special instructions like «draw a teddy bear» or «draw a unicorn». It didn’t do me any good until last night. Last night I put «please draw a teddy bear» in the special instructions. I didn’t notice in until this morning, but they did it! They drew my teddy bear! I’m not gonna lie, I am as excited about it as a little kid, probably moreso than my kids LOL.
All in all, they have decent food that is consistent and they have a good attitude and sense of humor!
