The facility is fine, and has worked fine for our business use.
We started a contract on a year end special and were told that the price would be locked in as long as we kept the unit. 6 months in, we got a price increase of over 30%.
17 months after starting we are almost double the original rate. We will be leaving shortly. Now it’s cheaper for us to buy new equipment when we need it than to store our own stuff.
