I was searching for a part/​fix for an old faucet and was referred to Rosen by another nearby construction supply company. If you’re expecting a helpful customer service experience you will not find it at the Rosen’s Parts Counter, I sure didn’t, he wasn’t helpful or courteous. I was able to find both the fix and some helpful advice from the staff at McLendons.
