Took my computer in for virus removed and up grade. They called said my computer wasn’t holding a charge. Had no problem at home. When I called them back and asked why the new charge part they weren’t even sure what computer I was talking about. Asked was that the one coke got spilled on… me no. Long story short. They replaced the charge part, remove viruses by adding some removal app., was never upgraded. Computer runs slower than when I took it in. Won’t load or even run right. Waiting to save up to buy a new one. If you’re smart avoid this place like the plague.

Nothing but good words for this small business that worked hard to find solutions to a difficult-​to-​diagnose situation that ended up with an entirely satisfactory outcome due to the great patience, knowledge and generosity of the owner. Highly recommended!

I took my computer in for repair and found this shop right on 6th Avenue in Tacoma. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He had my problem fixed in just a few hours and I picked it back up the same day. The prices for repair seemed fair but it was the service that put them over the top! Definately check it out next time you need some computer repairs; you will not regret it!

Top notch local small PC guy type shop. I frequently find old laptops at thrift stores and yard sales and but of course they don’t have either a power source or I can’t get them to turn on. While geek squad would charge you 100 bucks to even get within 100 yards of the laptop, these guys will help ya out and if it’s easy and quick it’s always been free to me. My dad recently passed away and he had old files stored on a device that I wanted access to and only after a couple of days these guys had all the files burnt onto 15 neatly stacked and labeled DVD’s ready for me to explore. If you’re in the central Tacoma neighborhood along 6th, don’t go anywhere else, this guy and the others who work here will take care of you.
