Very friendly and professional, I felt she always had my best interests in mind. It doesn’t get better than this!

Our first home purchase chase could not have been pleasant under Shari’s guidance. We contacted her after high recommendations from a real estate associate back east, and she did not disappoint. She is the consummate professional with incredible knowledge about the greater Seattle-​Tacoma real estate market. She worked with my (and my wife’s) schedule and was very accommodating. Most important of all are her real estate expertise and the principles with which she conducts her business. She was most interested in finding us the «right» home. She was very detailed and thorough in not only pointing out the positives but also negatives of each property. Additionally, she is excellent with the understanding the specific family and preferences that we had due to her extensive experience. She was able to provide recommendations with the type of house, area to live in, consideration for resale, etc. In the end, we found a house that we love and could not thank Shari enough. And so did several of my colleagues.
