Shell Service Station

Sometimes you don’t feel like getting off your ass to get the gas. Sometimes its wet and cold sometimes you got the flu but maybe you just don’t feel it. I don’t judge. I have been known to coast over the bridge to Oregon on fumes just to get my tank filled. Oregon and New Jersey are the only 2 states to not allow you to pump it yourself as far as I know, but that’s only as far as I know. Anyway I LOVE this Shell SERVICE Station and recommend it highly. Friendly fast fill. Well worth 10 cents extra.
The Garden State’s ban on self-​service gas stations, which are allowed in 48 states, began in 1949 when the New Jersey Legislature passed the Retail Gasoline Dispensing Safety Act. That law, enacted over concerns about the safety of consumers pumping petroleum themselves, was later followed by many other states. May 18, 2015
Looks like Oregon is going down the bad road legalizing public gas pumping please contact your legislator in Salem.

This is the greatest Gas Station in the world.
I’ve been going for about a year. It’s the only full service station I know of in Tacoma. That’s right. FULL SERVICE. As in, you pay 10 cents more per gallon and they wash your windows, check your fluids, put air in your tires, and fill your tank. It’s amazing. Like the olden days.
Not only that, the service is cheerful and friendly! Sometimes there are these dogs that share a leash running around. One is big and one is tiny and they run around wagging their tails. Adorable. After getting my car all full of gas and fixed up the lady always wishes me «A Blessed Day.»
