I counted 18 washers yet only two worked and it was incredibly dirty. I wouldn’t be surprised if my clothes managed to get dirtier in that place. There was trash strewn about. hand written notes everywhere, missing tiles from the floor, and holes in the seats. Definitely not going back there!

Out of 25 washers, all but 4 are out of order. What an absolute joke. Dryers are large, but that doesn’t make up for the inability for more than 1 or 2 people to do laundry at once.

90% of the machines are out of order. We showed up when 3 other people were there and couldn’t wash a load because the 4 working machines were full. We will not be going back, there are much better options.

One of my neighbors recommended this place to me after I vented about how I hate that our apartment only has two machines for over 30 units. She warned me it was more expensive to wash, but is usually empty. So… armed with enough laundry to choke an elephant, I decided to take a gander over here. Now I see why it was empty, ugh. What a dump! For being on the North end, I expected it to be a lot nicer. Half the machines are out of service. Within about 15 minutes of being here, some random homeless guy poked his head in, asking for money. Then came in two sketchy dudes, both wearing sunglasses, and one had Panty-​hose on his head. Gangsta. I was there with my kid and went into mamma-​wolf mode.
The washers are $ 1.75 each, and for being «Extra-​Large Capacity», are still small.
The dryers are only $ 0.25 and are huge, BUT! As I mentioned, half of them are out of service. I was also unlucky enough to pick two that had issues. #4 stops on you after about 15 minutes so you have to keep feeding it coins. #7’s pilot light went out! What the hell? After an hour of drying, seeing it was still running, decided to check on the clothes. Still damp as shit and WREAKED of propane. Awesome. So I had to move them to another machine and wait yet another 45 minutes or so to get the job done. Not fun, my friends. Not fun at all.
I WILL NOT be coming back here. Ever.
On the plus side: They have a change machine, laundry bags, as well as soaps and softeners here in the event you run out (which I didn’t): all for a nominal fee.
