My two girl friends and I have never played with clay and decided to take a chance. Not only were April and Jenn both gems as teachers but they were always so encouraging. The 2 hour class was a blast filled with lots of laughter and the time just flew. How we were actually able to make 2 pieces each was beyond me! The second trip back to paint our projects was also great and April and Jenn were right there through the whole process. I recommend this experience to one and all!

My husband and I attended a 1 hour class and it was total awesomeness. April and Jenn are very knowledgable and passionate about ceramics. They are also very funny and took the time to patiently explain to newbies like us how to spin clay. They asked us what we wanted to make, did a demonstration and then sat with us instructing and advising on all the steps. We each made a coffee mug, because that’s how we roll.
I will be bringing my nieces and son back for a kids lesson in the near future. My husband and I will also be back because we want to make something even more epic than a coffee mug. Maybe a ceramic fly swatter, I don’t know. But I’m sure April and Jenn can help us make something awesome.
