Staff was friendly and fast. Coffee was disgusting. My daughters hot chocolate was also gross. Sometimes you get an «off» drink but not usually both drinks.

I mean, I ordered my coffee, got my coffee, drank my coffee…
I got coffee. And that’s why I stopped. But this location is nothing special. Staff didn’t look me in the eye, hurried me through, didn’t thank me, the place had crumbs all over the seats and tables. Nothing to rave about.

this is the greatest starbucks in the tacoma area. the staff are very friendly and they memorized my name I come there so often. the drinks are made better than most starbucks in the tacoma area. this location gets busy at times in the morning but in the afternoon is dead. I recommend this starbucks above all the rest.

No drive thru either, I avoid this location at all cost…

Personal is the best! I forgot my purse on my quick coffee stop from Seattle to Portland, I was able to recover it, after searching for shop for couple of days. Girls took such a good care of trying to locate me, and save my things. Thank you!!!

I like Starbucks’ coffee, but its pretty goddamn expensive…
Recently I stopped in here to pick up a large drip coffee (about $ 2.40 w/​tax) and a mocha with an extra shot of espresso (over $ 5!). It took several minutes for the specialty coffee to be prepared and the total bill was nearly what I’d expect to pay for an entire breakfast meal, including coffee, at a diner. How they can get away with charging so much in an area that is absolutely inundated with coffee merchants always shocks me– I’m used to brewing my own at home for a cost of less than $ 0.25 per 16 oz travel mug by comparison.
Still, sometimes Starbucks just hits the spot so I’m giving them a third star anyway.

Best Starbucks Ever! It just is… I’m pretty sure it’s one of the first created with their expansion out of Seattle… it’s store around a hundred. And it shows. I’ve always had perfect service here. Love this place.
