No coconut milk again! You’d think a big company like Starbucks could get on top of their ordering so that they have every item on their very limited menu available at least through lunch.

I really like this little Starbucks. It’s one of the fastest Starbucks I’ve been in, the staff seem very efficient, even when there’s quite a line of people. I wish more Starbucks locations were like this one.

I am loyal Starbucks customer, holder of the Gold card since 2008, and probably go to Starbucks at least five times a week. I believe the Pike Place roast is paramount and do consider Starbucks my «third place»(after home and work). But this Starbucks is horrible! It is an affront to the Starbucks brand. I got the shaft so many times here that I finally decided to officially boycott it, wrote a strongly-worded email to Starbucks HQ, and warned all my coworkers to stay away. Why does it suck? The service and the coffee! I always felt like the regular drinks I get taste a little off here. Once I got the chai latte, and the taste of chai was really weak. I asked the barista(who might have been a manager) if he could give me another shot of something to make it taste more chai. He did it grudgingly and informed me that I should always ask for extra shots of X because that’s apparently how I like my chai. Very betchy! The last time I went there I had a ton of orders from work, and just as I left the register, another one came in by text. The barista at the counter coldly told me I had to get in the back of the line. No other Starbucks that I’ve been to would have treated me that way; one of the things I like most about Starbucks is the friendliness of its baristas! This group never got the memo. If I want attitude with my coffee, there are plenty of other hipster coffee shops I can go to get it!

The other reviews are pretty old, it needed a new one. Typical Starbucks, clean, great service. Plenty of seating in the back. Was here at a very busy time and one of the baristas came down the line taking everyone’s order and drinks were ready by the time we got to the cashier — fast. Free wi-fi and the food was good.

This is MYSBUX and it is pretty good. The only thing not great I have to say about it is that about a year or so ago, they changed the layout of the counter, where you pay, and where you pick up your beverage and it doesn’t really work. It gets really crowded in there on certain mornings and the line has to kind of curve around all over the store, and sometimes, you actually have to wait outside. It’s weird. I’m not sure how a designer would remedy this issue but they should take a look at the layout and maybe change something? Whatev. It’s all about the coffee and customer service and it is consistantly good. Hooray for the morning team!(ANDYES, I do sometimes feel a little guilty for buying my coffee at the Walmart of coffee places, but it’s close and at least I know what I’m going to get everytime.)

This is a review of the mainly the service at this Starbucks. I come in here at least 3 days a week on my way to work and am always given great service! The group of 3 or 4 morning shift workers know my name and my drink which is a nice feeling! They always ask me about my day and stuff. Its about the only place I feel like a ‘regular’. I’ve been here a few other times besides early morning and have gotten good service as well. Its your typical Starbucks but the workers here do a great job!

The place is clean. That’s the good news. The bad news is your only source of seating is on stools; the coffee tastes perpetually burned; and the prices are twice as much as most other places in town.
