We recently took our 5th wheel to Don at Summit RV Repair. We found Don to be very customer service oriented. We didn’t have to wait forever to take our rig in and it was diagnosed and repaired within a week. Don was great about keeping us informed of his progress. I would highly recommend him.
Previouly we had an rv repair shop submit a fraudulent claim to the manufacturer of our rig. This was told to me by the manufacturer (long story). Went to another place. Now they won’t take us any longer as they are only working with people who bought their rigs from them. So glad we have now found Don and Summit.

We have used this place as well as three of our friends and family. All referred by a neighbor that lives in Puyallup. Our experience has been good each time. They are very good about their appointments and having it ready when they say. We also have been impressed with the price of each of our visits. It seems as though a lot of reviews are not showing as reviews? I would highly recommend using this place as I have for years and will continue.

My late husband and I had been customers of Summit RV for many years, but after my husband died, the service got much worse. Don does not return phone calls. When a repair that his crew had made broke, he blamed it on my husband (who had been dead for almost five years at that point. A little heartless, considering the amount of money he made off us. I won’t use him again. I guess if you are a man, go ahead.
