It’s a convent place to go for me. The staff are nice. Whenever I am working and have a friend go get me my food I would write down what I want specifically and some how end up getting a wrong order. I get the crunchwrap supreme with the fiery taco shell. Sometimes they would tell my friends they can only put the regular taco shell and can’t do the fiery one. I still go here though.

This locations service has turned around so much. They were very pleasant and efficient. The food was the right temperature and tasted how it should. No complaints on this side. Very fast service.

This is horrible place to go there and eat. I come tonight and order foods, and I realized the place is so cold. I asking the employee it is air conditioning on, she says yes, it always on some time it freezing. I say can you turn air conditioning off? She say I’m sorry we don’t know how to turn off. And I say how can I eat when the place to cold like this. She say we not feel cold cause we always in the back. If I like she can trade places. I say that’s not fair for the customer. how cant eat in here when the place so cold like this? say sorry nothing you can do about it. what a horrible experience for me I think this play is really cool and rule and no good customer service either. I do not recommend anybody my friend my relative do not come here and support them at all.

I am writing this review because i went here for the first time and a Lady Marleny S help me. She said hi when I came in and did a great job at customer service, was very polite and had a smile on her face and was also cleaning the tables while I was there and it was very clean. Great customer service Marleny. There were a few people working not one said a
word and the bathrooms could have used a touch up sorry but this thumbs up is for Marleny

Service was horrible. The dining room a total mess. The food took 45 minutes to get and half of it was wrong! On top of all that, the cashier let his friend steal someone else’s food!

Location at 72nd and Portland… Got thru the line fast, food was good and the gal that helped us was super nice… plus kids were happy.

It’s been years since we’ve gone to this location, we will drive out of our way to other locations just to avoid this one.
About 2 weeks ago we decided to try them again: We went through the drive-​thru, for lunch, and this lady was super nice while taking our order, but when she handed us our food, she had really long finger nails with massive dirt under her nails.
Last night we went again, and after we paid, we could her a bunch of laughter, and we waited, and waited, not a big deal, but then they came to the window twice to see if we were still waiting on something. They obviously were too busy goofing off.
I will NOT be back again!

Gorging myself on 10 tacos at age 15? Check. Always the reliable almost 24 hrs a day spot? Check. Responsible for putting me on to Choco Tacos? Check. WICKED!
