Taco Bell

I ordered a breakfast scrambler and a boss wrap at 11:03am today. A little later when I used the restroom, I told the person at the register, Tabitha that the soap dispenser was empty in the restroom. She apologized, I accepted and then I sat back down. Afterwards I saw this couple looking at me from a table across the room. Then I wondered if my tone of voice with Tabitha was out of line before, so I went up and apologized to her for my behavior. I noticed when she talked about the soap among her employees in the back, I overheard her say, «I’m not in the mood for this, etc.» I asked if she was under a lot of stress, and she told me she was irritated today. I suggested that they could put a small dispenser of soap/​hand sanitizer before the machine is fixed, and she said she was thinking the same thing. I didn’t expect her to say this, but she told me that I was the best. Tabitha is doing a great job here.

Always decent and clean inside (when i’m there anyway) food is well it’s taco bell take that how you like it. I go to 2 other stores I prefer this one. Hot girls working drive thru is a plus who don’t like that.

I haven’t had taco bells for years before this morning. The place I was going to go didn’t have breakfast burritos this morning. So I was like, Should I take a chance with that taco bell across the street? I remember ordering stuff there that wasn’t very good. So I gave it a try. I ordered a few things from the breakfast menu and each item was good. I was pleasantly surprised when not expecting much. Taco bell’s quality control has upped a few notches. Would definitely have breakfast here again. And another thing. Although I say I got food in the past that wasn’t that great the people at the window were always really nice. But great job this morning on the food.

Greeted me as i walked in. She was friendly and very easy going. knew her products with ease and recommended items. (Usually team mbrs just say they dont know or just name a random item) Jasmine actually cared. I went with what she recommended. She thanked me and made sure my order was correct. In addition gave me some cinnamon twists for waiting and coming in verses going through drive thru! 5+++++

I actually HATE this location, compared to others! Funny how I can write 5-​Star reviews for most Taco Bell locations, but NOT this one! Why? Several reaons:
1. The skimpy amount of stuff they put in their tacos!
2. How they glob everything into one spot on tacos, NOT spread it evenly like 84^th & South Tacoma Way does.
3. The dirtiest, filthiest of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!
4. Menu display is SO SMALL, I can barely read it even with glasses! In fact, I have to just order what I’m familiar with because I can NOT read their menu!
My last visit there was probably my LAST visit there! I clearly stated my order was FOR HERE, then got it in a bag! I hate places that do that! It shows a lack of LISTENING to their customers! Why ask if it’s for here or to go if you’re going to serve it how YOU want to? I did say something to the guy who prepared it when he called out my order. I said «That was supposed to be for here». His response? «My screen was locked up!». HUH??? PARDON ME??? Well, take it out of the bag and put in on a tray!!! I couldn’t believe him! He didn’t. He just walked away! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
The ONLY thing I have noticed about this particular location is the service and food are MUCH better if you go during the day. Apparently that’s because the General Manager is there. But stop by at night and check out the mess in the kitchen. Oh wait, not kitchen, but ORDER PREPARATION AREA!!! You might gag!
Why did I give this location 2 stars instead of 1? Because it is, after all, Taco Bell. And I loves me some Taco Bell. Just not this one!

The food is good every once in a while but I just ordered a beefy burrito with maybe a tablespoon of beef, no exaggeration, I posted a picture. They have a new drive thru employee who is really nice (thankfully replacing the previous rude employee) but I can’t get over how terribly made this burrito is.

I love the senior drinks and it has made my life much easier now that they have mobile ordering. Thanks Taco Bell!

I waited in the drive line for 20 minutes, and there were only a few cars. To add insult to injury, I did not receive my chalupa with the other food, but I was charged for it. Not worth arguing with them over two dollars and wasting even more of my time to go there.
The nachos tasted disgusting as well. I almost threw up on the first (and only) bite. I had to gargle my mouth out with vodka because I am seriously worried about food poisoning.
If you want good fast food in the area, there’s better options across the street. If you want better Taco Bell, go to the one near the college instead.

Manager said «I’m busy» in front of customers when the staff taking out order asked for help with the register… Manager needs some training…

While eating, we just heard staff saying «sorry for the wait».

My wife is pregnant and wanted a burrito. I walked to see if one of the other restaurants was open and they were not so I walked to Taco Bell and the lobby was closed, since I was on foot I couldn’t activate the drive thru sensor and I ended up knocking on the window. Johnny found a way to get me my food without breaking the rules (ie: no foot traffic in the drive thru) pretty awesome. Definitely your above and beyond service!

It’s Taco Bell, the food looks the same going in as it does coming, out which is normally at an alarming rate.

Eh, its like the most lively guy in a morgue. Taco bell is the diarrhea doctor, but everyone knows this going into it. As far as TB’s go, It’s hit and miss. Drunks from the local bars tend to like puking in the parking lot, 1 star for the entertainment. Drive down to Division and 6^th and grab Memos. Way better.

This taco bell in particular is really consistent with their food and service, wait times seem low and they rarely make order mistakes. Definitely my favorite in Pierce County.

Fantastic location in the heart of Tacoma! Really enjoyed the overall experience of this location even though it is the same food and the same prices as if I were to go to the Taco Bell by my house. The staff is friendly and the food was made fast. As usual the food is affordable and tastes really good for what you pay for. The place was clean! Tables were kept up to shape and the chairs are hat but supportive. The bathroom was surprisingly clean for a fast food location and the floors did not feel slippery. There is plenty of parking throughout the business area and I did like the Baja Blast Freeze that I got in addition to the 12 pack of tacos that my friends and I shared when we were visiting Tacoma to go to the Toyota Show nearby. I would come to this location again if I am ever in Tacoma because it was a good experience.

Clean and friendly environment which I actually find is standard for Taco Bells. I only go once a year, but I dig.

I just love their tacos! But I have to put in a word for the workers at Taco Bell.
I come in almost every other weekend, I’m tired, work nights, just want one meal I don’t have to cook.
Well, those young workers are amazing! They are very gracious, have wonderful manners and I have never had a bad experience with the people there. That is saying something for young people on minimum wage. Can you dig that? That is the main reason I spend what little money I have on eating out there at this particular Taco Bell.
4 stars only because its like, Taco Bell, I have eaten the best Mexican food in Cali, so you can’t compare. But 4 stars for the amazing staff, keep it up and you will have a good customer!

Number 7 Steak with a coke and cinnamon twists, a little bit of Heaven on Earth!
