What I loved most about these guys was that when they said they had a 10 year warranty on their work I knew they meant it… turns out they are third generation gutter installers.
Being a small business owner myself I have a lot of respect for people who take the time and are passionate about what they do. Definitely deserve 5 stars for the level of service and communication!

Installed leaf covers October 03; highly recommended by my painter. My numerous calls to Ben were returned to the painter, not me! Not only was I charged for two gutter covers Not installed, but the highest three blew off my roof. These cheap covers are still lying on my deck and the gutters now full of leaves! I Do Not want them reattached I want my money back So sorry I paid by check instead of a credit card I could dispute payment

Tacoma Gutter is still the go-​to for our family. I’ve recommend to many friends! We just moved to Redmond, WA and called these guys for a replacement downspout. got out and fixed within the week.

Tacoma Gutter Service was the contractor responsible for installing the gutters and downspouts on my new construction (2008) Townhome in Seattle.
From the first time it rained while I lived there, the downspouts, mine and all three of my neighbors leaked like sieves. Literally water spewing out like a fountain.
I called Tacoma Gutter to come out to repair the poor install/​joints at the downspouts. I could not get a live person on the phone so I left a message for Bruce. FOUR TIMES. No reply.
Who runs a business like this?
BAD INSTALLATION, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would strongly recommend selecting a vendor other than these guys for your gutter service.
