Went in to get a complete set of hardware to replace lost parts to a baby crib, the guys were super helpful and found everything we needed. Definitely our go to place from now on!

Great place to come when you are hunting down that special size of screw. Very helpful and efficient staff as well.

I went in to make a purchase took a number «13» I waited. Two men came in after me walked up and put their man boobs on the counter didn’t take a number an employee called out my number un enthusiastically 13 or any one next in line as he walked to the two sloths at the counter I called back thirteen right here he continued two the two giggling idiots at counter and proceeded to help them I tossed my ticket on counter and said again 13! He then turned his back and headed to back room he then said with his back turned to me and replied «I’ll get to you in a minute» I was like WTF! I waited while twiddle dee and twiddle dumb giggled away I was thinking fuck this place… Only after I turned my back and walked to door did some one else offer to help by that time I was done with this dog and pony show… Never will I bring business to this dog and pony show… Why take a number when you weren’t that busy any way… Especially if your not gonna follow your own rules., imagine if I walked in didn’t take a number and cut in front of the two knuckle heads there you’d of told me to take a number… Never again Tacoma screw you…

I’m sorry, but I have never shopped here. BUT, I live in the community and I just wanted to say ‘Thank you’ for the beautiful flag that you have put up. I know how expensive those are and I am so impressed that you would put that much toward something that makes the whole community proud and beautiful.

Drove about ½ hour on friday afternoon for some socket head screws I needed right away. Got home and noticed the salesman gave me the wrong length, ¼″ too long. waste of my time and money. Luckily I had placed an order from Albany County Fasteners which shipped right away. I would not recommend Tacoma Screw to anyone. Salesman was rude. It seems like if you are an avg Joe needing help with small projects this is not the place for you. Price is like 3x what I found at
. They can go screw themselves!
