They got me work, so that’s worth a star. They eventually got me work in a field I enjoyed, so that’s worth a second star. That’s where the stars end and the downside begins. While I was initially welcomed, they expected me to call them every day to get work, instead of holding some sort of list with available employees. This is ok, except for the days when they don’t have work, but still expect a call at 5 in the morning. My main complaint: I took their office skills tests, scored highly, but did not get an office job until I pestered them to check my scores. The initial recruiter ignored my scores and placed me in a light industrial position. Her laziness contributed to my opinion of this agency.
As soon as I got a long-​term position, they didn’t try to develop any sort of relationship with me. When my long-​term position ended, they didn’t attempt to find me another job, and expected me to constantly follow up with them to find work, similar to where I was when I started with them. I have not followed up with them and it is doubtful that I will ever work with them again. There are plenty of other temporary agencies who were willing to place me without these issues.

Terra Staffing was an excellent resource for me! I needed workers quickly and they provided me some high quality guys. Excellent customer service, excellent follow-​through.

Thought this would help out since I have a lot of experience and the review below mine is correct! They act so happy to help you at first, but it’s all an act and all I got was the run around.

Not too dedicated to the employee. They act keen at first but then don’t stay in touch and act like you’re bothering them when you call to see if there is work.
