TJ Maxx

Well, I do love the products here, what really needs revamping is the return policy. I took in 3 items to return, and was only able to get «in-​store» credit due to the fact that I was returning them 1 day past the 30 day policy, mind you, I had the receipt, and all the items had their original sticker or tags on them. When I asked why they couldn’t just give me a refund, their only answer was: «it’s the store policy,» repeatedly this was their answer. I understand it’s the policy, but clearly the items were unused and had all the original tags on them.

This is one of my absolute favorite stores to shop at for the home, jewerly, beauty, gifts, certain essential wardrobe pieces, spices, candy, tea party décor and all sorts of things. This particular one in Tacoma has the absolute best selection in the entire northwest it seems. The staff is extremely friendly and the store is well kept and organized. Parking is a challenge during the holidays but otherwise easy. Return policy is 30 days but they’re accommodating in some situations. I absolutely love coming here. There are always fabulous finds. And gift cards here are always appreciated by everyone so I gift them often. Love the Tacoma TJMaxx!

I bought two exact pair of shoes, one for my daughter, one for me. The one pair rang up $ 16 and the other pair 20 $. The lady refused to give me the discount on the other pair saying that pair wasn’t on sale. All the other pairs just like it was on sale. Not only was she unhelpful but she was rude. It made me angry and it was a bad shopping experience. I will go out of my way not to go to this store.

I’m not much of a shopper, but the lady loves this place, so we try to stop by now and then to see what’s new. They offer quite a selection and at great prices. Bonus is that the inventory is always changing, so if you don’t score anything on the first visit, check back in a week or two!

Because I had spilled something on my pants at work one Saturday evening, I decided to swing by TJ Maxx to get some new ones. I checked online and their hours for Saturday were listed to stay open until 10p.m. I arrived at 9:15p.m. I parked and walked in and a woman (whom I assume to be the manager) ran to me swinging her hand in my face. I stopped, and she told me that I couldn’t enter because they were closing. I told her the time I saw online and she said I must be making a mistake and that they close at 9. I looked at the times listed on the door, they said 10p.m. as well.
Here’s the deal, I work in a restaurant and totally would have understood if she just politely explained that because of low sales they were closing early to protect losing out on money from labor costs. But she didn’t, she blatantly lied to my face.
I’ve been here a few times and had fine service, but this woman was just so rude I will probably not be returning to this location.

TJ Maxx IS like a box of chocolates, because you never know what you’re going to get (yeah, cheezy, but I thought it was appropriate.) My wife and I love coming to TJ Maxx, because they carry high quality items at great prices. If it wasn’t for me, my wife could pretty much browse in this store all day. We’ve been going to TJ Maxx for years and have experienced the same consistentcy in quality and items over the years. Definitely a huge fan of this place.

Matt Flynn Jerseys really? I don’t shop, and I went here because I was already out and about with my wife. Yea they have good deals (I think). But for me the men section was way too hipsterish for me. Not my style. I do have say they have everything from chips to watches. Do that was different. No really asked if we needed help. I think they are more concerned with signing you up for their credit card. Lucky for them my wife loves them because I wouldn’t shop here. I’m more of a

I love TJ Maxx. Cute clothing for usually very affordable prices. You have to watch the quality on some things, as there things I’ve purchased that haven’t lasted long. But much of my favorite clothing comes from TJ Maxx.

TJ Maxx is one of the better options when it comes to discount name brands and such. Way better than Ross, more high end and yet the price stays competitive.
This particular location does a very good job in keeping the store clean and organized. Always help around if you have any questions and the cashier’s are super nice!!!

Nice store that was well organized and clean. I had some luck finding some great, inexpensive shirts and would definitely return for another visit in the future.
