Total Vape

Went and bought a tank for my vap at total vap off of 96^th and South Tacoma Way, the kid behind the counter ruined my battery with the coil in the brand new tank. I had to buy another battery for fifteen bucks after buying a 40 dollar subtank nano. After two coils went bad on me in less than a week i went in to have the problem solved, good luck on that the two behind the counter gave me one coil when it comes with two. I asked about the second coil and they told me no. As soon as i stated how crappie their customer service is, they asked me to leave the store. I asked for my money back or at least make it right they said they would take the tank back and give no refunds on their merchandise. I don’t know how such a place is still in business. They don’t know what they are talking about, nore do they have the slightest clue about customer service. I will not be doing business with any of the TOTAL VAP stores due to this one. And i highly advise everyone to stay clear of this store unless you like getting ripped off.

Not impressed with the staff. The store itself has a lot of potential, but the staff gave a bad impression. I had done a lot of research on products well before I went into this store. I brought my wife in to look at what she might want to make the switch to vaping too. The staff seemed a bit pushy with what she should get. If I mentioned any other products that I knew to be good products, they would tell me that it was «garbage» and redirect us to what they thought was best. Some of the information they would give was incorrect as well. They had a rather snobby attitude towards products, even products they sold. Not sure why they carry products that they consider «garbage.» I liked the size and cleanliness of the shop; however, it had poor ventilation. They had to leave the door open to ventilate, which wasn’t good on a cold night. Juice selection was decent, but again, told certain brands were «garbage.» I recently had a friend go with a gf to get her switched to vaping, and they had the same experience. I might give this place another chance in the future. Hopefully, some attitude adjustments are made.

Probably one of my favorite vape shops in tacoma. They fix any problem I have with my mod, will teach you anything you need to know with your rda or pen mod, and are always friendly.

Great vape shop! They have really good deals on juices especially Aloha brand which can be a little hard to find. They also have a really good selection of all different types of e juice ranging from the basic stuff to some really good high end brands like suicide bunny. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable and always willing to answers questions and let you try things out in store. Only complaint I have is their APV selection is a little on the small side but they do have a ton of Mec mods and a huge selection of tanks batteries coils, juices etc. Definitely my new spot, I’ve been buying juice here for a few months and just recently purchased a Vamo V3 here and the customer service is always outstanding no matter how big or small the purchase.
