This property has a less than professional property manager, to put it nicely. Dobler management, the overseeing company encourages(by taking no action against) shady, unethical, and money-hungry behavior from the manager. In addition, there is a constant lack of parking and poor garbage planning, as other reviews already mentioned. My car was also broken into, and I had plates stolen on separate occasions. I did not feel safe here. This was the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, and when I decided to move out, there was no sign of improvement for the future. If you care about your safety, your deposit, or your money in general, look elsewhere in your apartment search.

Weeks later and I am still disappointed. You and your company are a disgrace. Your words mean nothing and you are liars. I have no respect for you.

The right property with a great price. Has everything you could ask for in a community. Nicely maintained with a pool, gym and tanning.

If you want to move into a place where trash is constantly piling up and people throwing thier furnish goods turning it into a dumpsite along with kids trashing the yard and where parking is absolutely impossible unless you can have an assigned parking then this is the perfect place for you to move in. They are constantly changing managers here and when your ready to pay your rent like a responsible tenet it’s hard to know when they are available and this is during operational business hours. In conclusion save your time and money run .!

In general, it is really just an OK place. I had a lot of trouble finding a one bedroom in the summer and this place was one of the few, in my price range, with a washer and dryer so I decided to move in. Parking is HORRIBLE. If you only need one space, then it won’t be a problem(usually, sometimes assholes park in assigned spaces) but any extra parking will be a complete bitch. And since there’s so few extra spaces available, people park anywhere they can which often means it makes it hard to navigate through the complex or even park/exit your space. Management is why I’m giving a one star. Although the ones I’ve interacted with have all been pleasant and friendly to me, I’ve had a couple huge issues that outweigh their nice-ness. One was before I even moved in, I was approved for an apartment(the exact location I wanted, and I was very excited) and paid for it, as well as moved my renters insurance and mail, then THEDAYBEFORE they call me and tell me that there was a problem with that apartment and the previous renters decided to stay so, if I want, I can either move to a more expensive apartment or I can get my money back. I was furious because obviously, I am not going to be able to find an apartment in one day nor can I stay at my old apartment plus most of my stuff was already in the u-haul. It still makes me mad when I think of it. Then they said that they would waive the difference between the payment I already gave so I wouldn’t have to give any more but when I went to the office the next day to pick up the keys, they said I owed them money for it. The next huge issue I had, was they screwed me out of money. I paid two months of rent, which one would assume is first and last(and it is) but when I went to pay on-line, which is a system they promote and recommend people to use, my balance said $ 0 and it also said my first payment was due the next month. So I thought, «cool they used the money for the second month instead of last because it says so here in their online system which they told me to use.» NOPE. They called me the next day saying, I was late in rent and owe them $ 100 extra bucks. I explained what happened(which they said happened a lot… Ol, if I happens a lot, why not fucking fix the problem or at least warn people???) they seemed very sympathetic and said they would try to get the $ 100 late fee to go towards my next months rent. But I’m sure you know that that absolutely did not happen. So yeah. Those are some huge, huge negatives and I’m still bitter about it because they basically played me more than once but as far as the actual apartment goes, it’s pretty ok. I’ve never personally felt unsafe, although I think it matters what section of the complex you are because I know a girl whose car was stolen more than once and stories of break-ins as well. There’s not a lot of kitchen counter space nor a microwave but there is a nice washer/dryer(huge plus for me) and the bedrooms are decent size. Also, it’s fairly quiet for a complex with a lot of families.

I would say negative star rating. Ty is rude and Jill is never in the office. Don’t live here. It’s not worth the headache. Nothing gets fixed and no one is in the office ever.
