My husband and I had a house built in Ione Oregon. We are very happy with the outcome. Everyone was friendly and answer my questions when I called. I called a lot. We had a couple of holdups but that’s construction. Saying that the house was done about 3 weeks early. My husband was there every step of the way so if there was a issue we had it addressed right away. If we ever build a house again I would go with true built. Thanks

Worst experience ever. TBH is not able to pass inspections, so they build without passing them !!! this was my discovery after they started ‘building’ and of course charging 100% for the work ‘done’.
Company only calls you when they want money — otherwise they are completely non responsive, work not scheduled for months, they change project managers every few months, when a new PC comes onboard then he does not know anything that his predecessor did.
The subs — vandalized drainage installations, NO sub looks at plans when they build, they leave incomplete jobs, during freezing temperatures they left water in the pipes and it froze, etc.
Hidden costs — they are the masters of trying to hit you with costs that are made up, otherwise they ‘stop construction’ to ‘protect their interests’ and you will end up stuck with your construction stopped for months
Avoid those guys at all cost …
