Tye Goetz

I have never been involved in any kind of legal action but the defendant had already refused service from another server so I decided to try Tye. I filled out his intake form detailing that she could not be served at home, that it had to be done at work. I put in the home address only bc the form required it.
I never got any kind of confirmation that he received my order, that he had made any attempts, to discuss what I had written on my form in case there were questions, nothing. I finally called him when I had only 3 days to serve her (he had the forms for over a week) only to have him tell me that he had tried 4 times… AT HOME. The exact place I told him wouldn’t work. Then to have him tell me it would cost this for another address, this for a stakeout etc etc. I didn’t know any of these things. Again, I’d never been involved in a legal action and was depending on this guy to help me and tell me what his process was. At least talk about it like the other server did. Not to mention DO WHAT I PAID HIM TO DO.
I ended up having to have yet someone else actually do the serve as I asked for a much better price. This guy is a waste of time and money. I advise you to find someone else.
