U-Haul

We went here to return our U-​haul on our move here from Las Vegas/​Reno. We were maybe 5 minutes early to return the truck, and Tony came out to help us. We were kind of disoriented at that time due to the stress of moving and completely spaced on putting gas in the truck. He saw that the meter was half full and asked us if we wanted to just refill the tank at the Arco’s near by. He didn’t mind if we were a little late on our time and he wasn’t helping out other people. That was so nice and understanding of him! I know some UHaul places wouldn’t be as accommodating as this place was! Thanks, Tony! We’ll probably use their service on our next move. At least next time it will be in state and not from several states away.

My experience with truck rental is fairly limited, but Dean made things easy (if a little bumpy). He willingly matched a competitor’s price and offer, giving us an extra day at a pretty solid rate. We did have a little confusion making sure the agreed upon rate made it to the final document, but he readily made the necessary adjustments when reminded. He also provided some polite and amiable chit chat in the meantime, and we walked out as very satisfied customers.
The truck itself is clean and hasn’t given us any problems — certainly meeting national Uhaul standards.
