The only positive experience so far has been my transition case manager, and my physical therapist. The staff I have met are consistently rude to patients and many veterans are misinformed and misdirected in where they need to go for different things. Travel reimbursement is not easily completed due to building separation, parking is limited, and my appointment times are not what I confirm with the provider or front desk. I have been called 24 hours ahead of an appointment to reschedule due to «time slots being full». It is filled with my appointment or should have been. The best part of the VA grounds is the golf course. Good job being committed to the veterans/patients. Note — if you are a new transfer/patient here, follow up on your primary provider as I waited 1 month to find out my papers weren’t processed.
