Representative Meg McConnaughey cell phone number 206−321−2194 (this is the only number you’ll be able to reach Valley Line) conned us into giving her 50% down on cabinet with refundable terms to lock down their lower pricing schedule. Upon contacting them for refund (never received goods), they are now ignoring my calls and rejecting emails. Their website’s phone numbers do not work. Their advertised emails and phones all are disconnected. Working with BBB to resolve this issue. This company may be going under, BEWARE!!!

I have a cabinet door that was made by them which has a defect in the finish. I was told that it should be under warranty and if not it would cost me no more than $ 100 to fix the door. I called a week later and found out that they are not covering it under warranty and they tried to charge me $ 350 to fix or replace the door. The owner of this company was VERY rude and hung up on me mid conversation and now will not answer the phone or give me my door back. I called another shop and found out that they were WAY over pricing the door. The other shop said they would sell me one for $ 100. I will make sure to tell as many people as possible to stay away from this company…
