Vapor Works

These folks are very informed and they pass their knowledge off on the customers. My wife buys her e-​juice there. For her birthday this year I got her a mod and thanks to the customer service I bought the one that was best for my $buck, (they didn’t BS me and they could have because we know zero what we were looking for.) Got one for myself today to try and kick the peppermint habit I have.
We will see if that is a success or not.

I would give a half a star if I could. They need a lesson in customer service. Check yourself bro that’s all I can say

This place hooked me and my fiancé up with the best e cigarettes we’ve ever bought. We’ve had a rough run with the previous e cigarettes they sold here, but finally the tanks don’t leak, the juice is flavorful, and I’ve quit smoking. The sales associate was very helpful and told us not to be discouraged by the throat hit and difference between the e cigarette vapor and regular cigarettes. He encouraged us to quit smoking and was very nice and helpful. I have been to a couple vapor shops in the past, and I can tell they really value quality equipment and juices.

I’m hard on my vapes. Always dropping, bending, and breaking. David brought them all back to life and made my mod hit better than ever. Good selection of juice also. Thanks again David

I realize that Unilocal is a waste of time to read. Most of the time great reviews are employed at the store or the owner making up fake people! And you don’t know if it’s really good or not!
But finally I can say this place is not what the reviews say it is! The prices are insane and saying people help you! Absolute lie.
the reviews on this is the owner or the employees! The fact that you can get better service and much for your money is the reason not to shop here.

The guys at this shop are great. I feel like it’s a real working class shop. They’ll help you build, help you pick the right device for you not just the most expensive… also first build is free on any new hardware you buy. Good 5 stars points program too.

This place is a GEM!!! AWESOME customer service here! Cannot say enough about how non-​snotty the guy who helped me was. Can’t remember his name, but he was a young kid, polite and helpful with all my questions, and even did my first setup for me.
I came in to buy my first mechanical mod, and let me say this: there are faaaaaaar tooooo many snotty vape stores out there. Service at most OTHER places is uneven because some 20 year old kids are either really great and enthusiastic about helping you OR most likely too cool to help you (i.e. if you don’t already own a mechanical mod then they are most likely to ignore you).
Off my rant about other stores… VAPOR WORKS has an awesome staff, super friendly, nice selection of juices, and a variety of mods and rebuildables. I like how they have several different levels of mods and rebuildables which vary in price and skill for the user. The guy I worked with (wish I could do a plug for him, so he gets a raise) was very patient with all my newbie questions, and even showed me each step to rebuild my ehpro «kayfun».
I came out of the store knowing A HELLUVA a lot more about mods and rebuildable atomizers, and feel comfortable enough to try it next time on my own.
Vapor Works, you guys are GOLDEN! Keep with the awesome, non-​judgy customer service AND GET A WEBSITE! I almost didn’t come in because of the no website deal.

I get great service, and help from all the store employees. This store I continue to shop at. becouse they have great products and great juice and very friendly.

I went in twice and both times the owners were there to help me troubleshoot my first e-​cig. They were friendly, helpful and thorough in explaining the technology and joined me in sampling their many flavors. There wasn’t a question I couldn’t ask them that they didn’t have an honest answer for. I’d recommend any one to go here over any of the other vape shops in town where the staff stay behind the counter staring at you while they vape clouds. The prices at Vapor Works were a lot lower than at other vape shops I’ve been in around Lakewood and Tacoma. I also felt a lot more comfortable in their shop since it was a lot cleaner than the other shops, too.

I was so pleased at how nice the owner was. He was very patient with all my question. I have never owned an e cig before and he walked me thru all my choices. I was able to try so many flavors. I know I will enjoy what I selected. I left feeling very confident in my purchases. I never felt hurried along or like I was being up sold on things I didn’t want or need.
They also has some really nice art by local artist for sale.
