Wendy’s

I don’t know what happened to Wendy’s. Seriously. When they first came out we drove to Oregon waited in line hour to get burgers. Now this will probably cure me of this. So I ordered a double meal. It was hot and tasty but the fries were horrible and unseasoned. We stopped coming to Wendys years ago when they changed their fries. Gross. The guy at the window handed me my frosty with stuff dripping down the sides.ew. couldn’t eat the fries and had to eat the frosty first Cause he gave me a spoon, no straw.
I’m sad one of my favorite places is no more.

So went here at 1130pm for frosts… Machines closed. Wtf. Why are you not offering everything late night. Makes no since

Why do I have to pull forward when i’m the only one here? I know so they won’t give me ketchup or a straw. Let’s give them $ 15 an hour. I go to 2 other stores this one smells like P.

don’t bother asking for a cheese cup. too much for them to comprehend the need of a lid. and wasn’t even the correct order
place messes up your order EVERY time. you’ll want to go back and throw it right in their face.

Cashier was rude and incredibly slow. Grabbed my card when I handed it to her. Our small chilis were about half filled. Sodas weren’t filled very well, took a couple of sips and it was pretty much gone. On the plus side the chicken nuggets came out very hot, which was good.

Waited for half an hour after the woman notified me that her register was down, only to be notified that it was working again. But all they had were chicken nuggets and fries. Wtf! I only went there for a burger. Very disappointed.

I rarely Unilocal fast food joints because I generally know what to expect in terms of service and quality of food. But my Wendy’s experience was exceptionally bad. There is a reason why it is called a fast food restaurant, because it is suppose to be fast and efficient. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the service was super slow. We stood in line for a good 15 minutes. There were about only 3 people ahead of us. The problem was that the cashiers functioned as the people who retrieved the food so they made the customers wait at the register until they received their food. Had they given the customers a number and asked them to step aside until their numbers were called, they could do things more efficiently. Then, one person could take orders and another could retrieve the food. Also, the cashiers were super slow. Even their movement was slow. It was almost unbelievable how slow they put the salad in the to go bag. I felt like I was watching a movie in slow motion in terms of how incredibly slow they moved.

I know Wendy’s is attempting this new made fresh, not fast food campaign but wow… this location has the slowest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. The workers look as if they have no idea what’s going on. It is almost as if it was everyone’s first day.
Even then, shouldn’t there be a manager who has a grip on things? I was appalled at the 30min of my life I lost for a line that wasn’t very long. Plus these people need some prioritization skills, too many inefficient decisions.
Stay away! Please! For each person that listens to this advice, I will have saved you .5 man hours in your life. You’re welcome.

Good service. The food was ready very quickly, and was hot and fresh. No problems here at all!

The food was ready so quickly that we barely had a chance to sit down, the fries and burgers were nicely hot and fresh, and the service was friendly and helpful. It was a perfectly adequate experience, and I would definitely eat here again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT TELL ME ITS GOING TO TAKE 4 MINS TO MAKE THE FOOD AND TAKE 20 MINS TO MAKE THE FOOD! Don’t recommend this place ever. They have never had good service I hope this Wendy’s is thrown in their fryer like their disgusting fries! And that’s all I have to say about that!

Horrible. Ate here very recently and my burger was completely raw on the inside, even just inside the outer corners. It also had obvious signs it had been sitting out for a while. The time before that, there was a horrible tasting grease pocket in the middle of my burger. Don’t know why I thought eating here was a good idea. Avoid.

While the food is on par with other Wendy’s restaurants, their customer service is deplorable. The staff rush customers while they are placing their orders, they don’t offer condiments in the drive thru and they are overall rude and offer a less than favorable experience.

I know, I know. Two stars, fast food, what gives? Well, I work down the street from this particular Wendy’s and while I do enjoy me some Wendy’s more often than I should admit to anyone, this one has got me looking elsewhere.
I realistically come here once or twice a week and sometimes they hit the ball over the fence, sometimes they strikeout and generally, they’re just average.
Though the last two times I’ve been here has been big strikeouts. Messed up order, remake, messed up again and now I’m outta time and just gotta eat so I can get back to work. Go back the next day to get frosties for everyone and maybe a quick snack for myself, again, strikeout.
At the end of the day, fast food is fast food. I’m never expecting regular home runs, but strikeouts are never fun. I kind of feel like this particular store is batting a little below average for me and for now, I’ll let this team work out the kinks…
