Wild Thyme Nursery

The owners of this nursery are very kind and knowledgable — and they have a huge number of very interesting and beautiful plants to choose from. It is nice also because it is local, and anything I can do to support local businesses rather than gigantic chains like Lowe’s always feels good!
The owner was also very nice to advise me by telephone once about the moving and replanting of a sizeable yew tree that had been planted too close to the house by a previous owner. I appreciated his time and expertise, and with some Herculean efforts by my friend, the yew was moved to the other side of the yard and — perhaps even more miraculously, considering what the poor tree had been through — survived!
