This nights ride was a joke. We were from out of town but are from Portland so we know to do our research and find out how far away the place was that we were going for the night. 4 min away, estimated $ 6 cab ride. After driving around in circles, we mention if he knows where he’s going even though we asked this before even leaving the hotel, and the guy decided to lie about construction on the roads, where??? We saw no construction, we were in the car with you !!! This guy basically tried to take us for a ride and get some extra money like a piece of shit is basically what happened. Not okay. We may be from out of town but we are not stupid. He still charged us $ 11.75 for the ride. What a joke. This company is shady AF and clearly needs to be looked at by whomever is in charge of shutting down a cab company seeing that my role other people had shady things to say as well. What a joke.

I took a cab last Monday (11 – 23) and left my backpack in the rear seat… I called the cab company dozens of times and was never able to get a clear answer from anybody about what happened to my backpack, laptop and school books. Since they have an exclusive contract with SeaTac Airport you can not get picked up in an über car there… it really bothers me that my taxi driver stole my belongings… & I was not listened to nor compensated… these snakes should be put out of business.

Called for a cab over an hour ago, they told me it would be 15 minutes and I’m still waiting. I called dispatch her and she said she wrote my phone number down wrong so the cabdriver couldn’t call me. Curiously I didn’t see any cab driver anywhere near here.

This is the most horrible service ever. 150 $ is waar to much for a 45 min taxi ride. Lower your prices! I’ll be taking über from now on. I wish I could give no starts.

I waited from 0553 –0704 today (09/30/2014) for a cab I called 3 times. I was transferred to the driver who didn’t bother to answer and THEN after being told my cab was 12 blocks away and then waiting another 28 min I called back and was told that my address was never put into the system. Which was a LIE because the 2^nd time I called the dispatcher repeated my address to me and IT WAS IN THEIR PHONE SYSTEM PROPERLY WHEN I CALLED THE LAST TWO TIMES!!! I Missed my flight due to LYING and INCOMPETENCE. I don’t know about you, but that’s not what I look for in a company, and definitely not something I look for in a driver/courier I have tried yellow cab in the past and found them to be very UNRELIABLE, but this took the cake! If you are in So. King you’re better off calling Far West Taxi 206 508 6882. I’ve never had a problem with them, and the drivers are usually courteous, clean, the cars don’t smell bad, and the dispatch is pleasant to deal with.
