After noticing my screen had a crack in it, without dropping my iPhone 6, I went to Apple, Verizon, and Zagg… with very little resolve.
Zagg does not replace the device screen. They’ll replace their protective screen that you paid $ 34 for.
Apple will charge $ 120
Verizon $ 199 deductible
FML!
Don’t waste your money on Zagg.

Great customer service! Product is military grade, and lasts for a long time. Only $ 5 re install for a whole new shield! Would recommend this kiosk to anyone looking for great phone protection!

The manager doesn’t stand behind the quality of their installs. I have had three phones simultaneously on my account and I would have all three wrapped in their covers and I have done this since I have had iPhones when they came out. For the first time since I’ve had them, I had a faulty install. The manager said that the long bubbles that were on both sides of the screen took up to a week to go away. Well, it’s been two weeks and when I went to have her redo the work, she said I’d have to pay another $ 7. Granted that’s the cost of two coffees, but I paid $ 85 to have the professional install done in the first place. As a regular good customer I did not think this was reasonable. I will be avoiding any future business with this kiosk.

Awful. I’ve been going here for years, was always very happy. Last time I got a cover on my iPad was when I got it — June of 2014. I got a new iPad for Christmas, took in the old cover, the guy who was helping me (he claimed he was the manager) called me a liar. Said the cover wasn’t theirs. I have NEVER gone anywhere but there to get covers on my devices. He refused to give me any sort of way to contact someone higher up than him in the company (afraid he might get in trouble for how he treated me perhaps?) and threatened to have me kicked out and banned from the mall. I will never go to that location again.

Not a bad company. But it’s getting two stars because I preordered privacy glass for $ 50. The sales man said will have the glass within 7 to 10 business days and I placed the order on 09÷26÷15. Went back to the store two weeks later, gal said their shipping normally takes 10 to 15 business days. Called on 10÷16÷15 apparently, they don’t know where my privacy glass went and came to get my refund instead.
I’ve been with them for 2 years now from little plastic screen to glass. But I guess I gotta find somewhere else that can give me better service

Horrible customer service at this location I have used zag invisible shield for a long time but this kiosk is the worst by far I just had my screen protector replaced and they replaced it with the wrong screen protector and now I can’t get a hold. To replace it with the right one the young lady that was doing the work could’ve been a little nicer she was rather rude and seem to want to hurry everybody in and out when I’m paying for service I expect to be taken care of and showed my options on what I canning can’t do and I just here you go pay and get out.

Brought two brand new, not even powered on, Galaxy S6’s in. My wife got the glass invisable shield and I got the HDX, both full body.
When we got home I powered my phone on and noticed 3 lines in my LCD display and was torqued as we just spent $ 120 on the two phones for the Invisible shield. My wife’s phone with the glass shield looked great. I called our carrier and the were shipping me out a new phone.
I went back to Zaggs and told them about the ordeal and the lines on the display, it was different person, but he looked at my receipt and said bring in the receipt and the front and back covers and they will install new ones on the new phone. That was great!
Got the new phone and brought it back to them, now my third trip to them and the replaced it no problem. Got home and turned on the phone for the first time and the exact same three lines were going across the screen. I thought what are the odds of me getting two defective brand new S6 phones from my carrier? I sat and pondered… then I pulled the screen protector back to the first line and low and behold the actual screen wasn’t defective, the screen protector was creating those lines that looked as if through LCD display was messed up.
I returned, now the 4^th time driving from my house in Puyallup to the Tacoma Mall and showed the employee. She was not suprised and in fact stated it was a known problem with the HDX Invisible Shield «but no one really complains about it». I stated if they new this was an issue why not tell people they might experience this, it would have saved me 4 trips and returning a new phone to my carrier for an exchange claiming the screen was defective? I was told the original Invisable shield wouldn’t do that so they could replace it with that one at no charge (cheaper and less clear) or pay the difference and go to the glass. That doesn’t help me much as the HDX has the better breakage protection than the glass and the original which is the lowest end and isn’t as clear.
I said fine just put the glass one on. They ended up not charging me the difference but still, if you know there’s an issue with your product just say ahead of time this sometimes happens and if it does then this is what we can do. Don’t have a customer go thru what I just did then admit that you knew of that issue but we never tell anyone and most don’t complain. I bet they don’t complain because they believe their LCD screen is screwed up and not that the screen protector is causing the issue. And for the money you spend who is going to take there’s off to find out, you just wouldn’t think that. Anyways, that’s my experience. However I will say the glass version is nice, it just doesn’t give you as good protection as the HDX.
So just be aware. I’m assuming all phones are susceptible to this or maybe it’s just the S6? Either way carefully check you screen before you leave and if you notice any lines (they are very small but reflect) making it look like the LCD screen is the problem. Don’t leave and solve the problem while you’re there?

If you to want to purchase an expensive POS product and get subpar service then go to the Zagg Tacoma Mall location. I purchased the Glass line for my iPhone 6+ on 01÷31÷15, as of today 02÷21÷15, there are still air bubbles present on the back of my phone. I took it back with my receipt to have it replaced thinking there would be no issues. I was told it will cost me $ 8.00 to do the installation. WTF? Why should I pay an install fee because of a half ass job was done or a defective product? The ASSociate claimed he could not wave the install fee and told me to talk to the manager who was off. I already wasted my time trying to resolve it at the Tacoma Mall location. Hopefully an email to their corporate office will resolve my issue.

I pre order iSoD 7 – 8 screen and Zagg Glass and paid $ 12.00 for installation plus tax a total of $ 62.41.They said they will have it next Sunday the 23^rd. Sunday the 23^rd I called and asked if they have the screen. They said all prepaid screen been dispersed. I told the manager I didn’t get mine .He said he will have another screen by next Sunday the 30^th. Today I went there and ask for refund, and I gave my credit card .They said don’t need card and going to put all back. Folded the receipt and gave to me. Got home, they imbursed me $ 45.00. they charge me for installation and kept the sales tax.

Tried getting my old screen replaced, since the ZAGG Screens are suppose to come with a life time warranty that it wont scratch… well it happened anyways. So I went to that stand, had my screen even registered online at the website from ZAGG, wanted to get it replaced (since its also just 6 month old).
Well first thing that I was not happy about is that since the guy wasnt able to see the scratches right away, clear screen on white paper, really??? I got asked if the scratches looked like they have been scratched in with a fork (SERIOUSLY ?!). When I told him they do not, I put the old screen on the ache of the card swiper, which was black and made the scratches more visible.
Afterwards I got told that maybe I wanna update to the glass screen, which would have costed me another 20 $ extra. Thought the 40 $ for a HD screen that was suppose to be self-​healing would be enough money already. Due to that fact I denied the offer. Sales Men!
Since I was happy with my screen so far I thought I could just get the replacement there, but that wasnt the case. The guy immediately told me I would have to spent 7 $ now for a new screen. When I asked him why, he sad it was to put the new screen on and if I want it for free I would have to go to the ZAGG website and order the replacement there.
Since at this point I did not wanted to give this guy any money for his terrible costumer service I went home and ordered the replacement online, without any further trouble.
If you have any interest in that product, go to another shop/​stand to buy it or order it online.

I got my screen… Guess that’s why I’m giving this stand two stars. Pre ordered the 6 Plus HDX screen. I feel like I ordered the 6 original when I picked it up today… Been so flustered by the process here though that I just accepted it. They «printed» the screen and gave me a Baggie of accessories. I was never informed it wouldn’t be in a retail box. I tried picking up my screen earlier this week and they wouldn’t look me up in the system to give it to me, insisted I got my receipt. When picking it up I was informed install was an additional 7 dollars. They took my receipt and sent me on my way. Now I have a screen I don’t even think is accurate that didn’t come in a box and I don’t even have a receipt to prove purchase. Anyways… Live and learn, online next time and probably not with ZAGG. The quality of the screen, the way it is cut, is lazy this time around. The 5S screen I have covers way more surface and more completely.

This place has gone to crap.
I used to buy all me devices shields (about 12 devices in the last 2 years and countless referrals to friends), now I will just go to the corporate website.
I wanted to get my «free» warranty, I was told they were out and I could get for free from the website. No such luck, they charge you shipping on a piece of plastic! So I called the store back and asked if they could order me one and
she tells me «no need, I have them here»
I say «really because you were out yesterday»,
she says «let me check, nope I’m out»
I say «can you order one?»
she says «no, just order one online, they’re free»
I say «no they’re not they want $ 4 shipping for the free product»
she has the nerve to tell me «well if you want to go to the corporate office I’m sure they’d give you one, if not I guess you have to pay. I can’t order product, I have no control over it»

I love the product but definitely do Not like this kiosk or the manager that works there. He is very rude and not professional at all. This kiosk is a 3^rd party franchise owned kiosk. That’s probably why they feel like they can treat you like crap.
The manager has been there forever and i don’t know how or why this is possible.

Kind of spendy but I’ve gone here 3 times for 3 different phones and had the protective coating put on. I could probably do it myself but it’s nice having someone else do it for you The same guy has been working there for the longest. Very helpful. He knows what he’s doing. If I wind up with ANOTHER phone, I will go back again and buy another invisishield. I left a tip on where you can find the kiosk in the mall.
