Terrible customer service. The manager tried to argue with me about my order. We received no napkins no dipping. Sauce or plastic utensils. Almost every time I come here my order is missing something or flat out incorrect. Spicy chicken tenders are always dried out and nasty as they’ve been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I whole heartedly discourage anyone from visiting this establishment.

Service was slow the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted rancid and they would only give me one sauce with five chicken tenders
I wanted to try Popeyes chicken never tried it before I will never go back

Bakersfield, CA
It’s nothing fancy, but its cheaper and has more in depth flavors than KFC. Only been to this location a couple times. Each time, the service was fast and friendly and the food was the same quality as any other Popeye’s I’ve visited.

I use to be a big fan of Popeyes when I would need a quick bite leaving Bakersfield. When this one opened in Taft, we were excited. The excitement was short lived. Not because of their growing pains because they have absolutely had their fair share but because their food is just mediocre. It’s just not the same as other Popeyes. Maybe in time…
