I am so impressed by the service I received at North Lake Eyecare! Katie went out of her way to mend my cracked frames on short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased that my broken frames could be replaced so quickly. I paid and was on my way. When I discovered that our insurance covered frames, I was told I would be getting a refund for the difference between what I had paid and what the insurance paid ABOUT A MONTH AGO. When I called back today (December 15), I was told the bookkeeper was taking care of it but would not be back in the office until after January 6.
The service was great. The follow-​thru, not so much.

Both my wife and I had eye exams here and Dr. Raulino was very attentive and their staff was pleasant. They have a big selection of eyeglass frames, but are expensive.

I had a good experience at North Lake Eyecare. I’m pleased they moved to a one-​story place since I had a hard time navigating stairs. My service was good and I’d go back.

I feel better reading the other reviews regarding the N. Lake Eyecare practice.
I went in to get new glasses, as they take our new insurance, but I left without even seeing the DR. The front staff was rude and completely ignored me. They could have cared less that I was there trying to bring them business. The entire vibe of the place made me walk out the door. My previous local eye doctor can’t get the contract with my new insurance EYE MED because this office has it — that SUCKS !!! Thanks for being such a lousy local eye doctor.

Money Hungry and unprofessional sums up this place. I was VERY disappointed in the customer service and Lack of Job this business offered. They will try to sell you anything for a crazy amount of money. Also, they NEVER checked my chart for my medical history even though i just filled it out and handed it to them. So figuring the doctor checked my chart and i just told the assistant that i was pregnant and THEY are the doctors, i went along with the exam and eye dilation. Which come to find out is NOT suggested if your PREGNANT! I’m so angry at this practice, CHECK YOUR CHARTS AND STOP BEING SO MONEY HUNGRY! I will never go back.

COULDN’T BE BOTHERED. The Doctor was in a hurry and rushed me through the exam. She was unauthentically «nice» and seemed irritated when I could not make a choice quickly during the testing. She talked too fast and didn’t seem to want to allow me a single extra second to consider the options she presented to me. She asked me numerous questions that I had already answered on my history (a very bad sign!) Staff was never clear about what was happening when, where to sit, what to do… it was an overall awkward experience for my second exam ever. Also, be forewarned of the high-​pressure staff who know little about the features they want to sell you to add to their already inflated-​priced frames.
