I like to support small local businesses, but Maclab in takoma’s quality and customer service make it hard to do so.
They are just are a repair shop, and not very good at that either. Not very knowledgeable about anything beyond that. Based on my experience, they don’t have a lot of respect for their clients. I overheard one of their staff making fun of clients for not knowing a lot about computers when I dropped off my laptop for repair. They did do the repair, but I don’t think I will be going back there again.
