Spent the entire 6+ hour drive thinking about the tasty food that Nill’s Vittles always serves up! Upon arrival I was greeted by a handsome and hospitable host. Within minutes I had a Black Toad ale in my hand. A delicious jalapeño/cheese/corn tortilla «combo“nation was brought out as an app.
For dinner, I ordered the special. A venison burger, broccoli, and sweet potato fries. Looking at the beautiful and colorful presentation, it was tough to decide what my first bite should be. Who am I kidding?! I took an enormous bite out of the burger… and little fireworks went off my mouth. The burger had a perfect char, amazing flavor, and the bun was even toasted to perfection! The broccoli was simple, steamed, yet superb. The waffle fries were a tad crisp, but the cook knew what he was doing… adding a bit of crunch in contrast to the soft broccoli. Brilliant.
Every meal at Nill’s Vittles ends with me saying «BEST MEAL EVER!»
