Allied Doors

I had already been very stressed with home renovations while listing our house for sale, and our garage door suddenly stopped working. I called 2 recommended local garage door service companies but got no answer or return call! After a quick Google search turned up Allied, I called (this was after lunch on a Friday afternoon). Immediately Sabrina told me she would come over to check out the opener to see if it needed repair or replacement. She was there within about an hour, and while the news was what I expected (the poor old thing was original to our 30 yr old home so I figured it would cost quite a bit to replace) she was so helpful! She advised that i buy the opener system from Lowes or Home Depot and then have her crew instal it to save us over $ 100 on the job. Since we are selling I was grateful to save but give a reliable opener to the next owners! I happily recommend them to everyone for their prompt, reasonable and honest service!!!

Years ago, I asked Allied Doors to install and attach a motor for my heavy garage door. At the time, Jeff gave me a heads up that the door itself and its tracks were not in the best of shape and would be fine for a little while, but may cause problems down the road. He was right! When the door recently began to stop short of completely closing, and even came off its tracks a few times, Jeff returned to take a look. He actually remembered me and my home, and made suggestions. Today, he came out to install the new (insulated!) door and tracks, and made sure everything would work manually if ever I needed to lift the door during a power outage. The price was far better than I expected, and the service was attentive and prompt. (I was told he’d be here before 10am today, and he arrived just before 9:30am!) I’m grateful for the great work at a great price.
