Sara c– I’m going to have to disagree with you 110% on this one. I’ve been going to these stylists since their business was out in Southwood. My main stylist, Lauren, does a fantastic job. The other women have done my hair as well and I’ve never been anything but extremely impressed with ALL of their work. As for the straightening/​smoothing system, which by the way is called a Brazilian Blowout, they offered you, not many people can say they like their «frizzy wavy» hair. I know I hate mine. As soon as I saw the outcome of this product and was offered it, I made an appointment and thought it was worth EVERY penny. I’m sure whomever did your hair did answer the phone, they don’t have a receptionist working during all of their business hours. Times are tough, economy’s bad. Cut them some slack. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this salon. Everyones very cheerful, upbeat, and polite everytime I’ve been there. They all do great work! I’ve even had my mom go in and get her hair done when she’s been in town. I give them 5 stars, hands down.
