Where do I start? The gentleman that helped me and my husband was terrific. when it came to selling us retail. He was very fast in trying to speed things along to the point I didn’t even understand what I was getting on my new plan, as a new customer. We eventually left with only one new iPhone because they only had ONE out of the whole store. He assured my husband, who needs his phone to work, that it would be here Tuesday. When we tracked the phone the next day, it wasn’t even estimated to SHIP until a week later. Fed up, I decided to go to another store in which I was in and out in 15 mins with a new phone in my hand and ready to go. When going back to the store to cancel the order, I was informed it had already shipped and I would be charged a restocking fee. I was very upset. The gentleman that had previously been there was the same as the next day and was quite rude to me. He said the phone had already shipped, when I had proof it hadn’t. He then said I should call the customer service line and that he couldn’t even look up the order. I will never use this location! Horrible!
