Blue Ribbon Cleaners

DO NOT use this cleaner if you care about your clothes. They ruined a $ 60 sweater dress by stretching it (length) AND shrinking it. I owned this dress 6 weeks, wore it 3 times and then it was ruined by Blue Ribbon Cleaners. The owner, Mr. Wallenfelsz, was extremely rude and accused me of having an attitude. Well, um, yes I am angry because he ruined a brand new dress and HE had the attitude. This man actually walked away from me and tried to hide in the back of the store rather than try to MEND the relationship with an angry customer. Such a coward. Wish I’d have paid attention to the negative comments about this cleaner: Caveat Emptor!

Traveled to TAL on business. Spilled red wine on suit and shirt. Took to Blue Ribbon at 730 and asked for return by 3. Done on time and all stains came out. Wonderful service — better than my home town in VA. Wish they were my every time cleaners. Great job Mike

Worst place ever. The manager (apparently the owner) was so rude he said that he should not have to fix a manufacturer error that my dress had it wasn’t his fault that it unstitched the ribbon in the machine he put it in. What an ass!!! He was like would you complain to the washing machine company if your washer did this? this was the OWNER!!! Second time they ruined a one of a kind article of clothing!!! He blamed the machine tearing the bow off the dress on the manufacturing he told me «it is a stupid dress and to get over it.» This was a $ 11 bill for one article that is now ruined.
I called back later and he said I should just get my «mommy» to fix it and to tell all my friends because he «doesn’t need our business anyway.» I left a report with the better business bureau as well.
