Well, I actually like Brueggers food but… this location is slow, slow, slow. My daughter and wife told me they were slow but the food was good. I noticed the place was nearly empty, so things would go well. After we all three ordered our salads, it was good 15 minutes before the last little salad was prepared. I got so tired of standing there, I went and sat down, my back was hurting. After a while, my family joined me and my daughter said, ‘told you so’. We all had a laugh at the truth of the slowness. Well, having been told it was going to be slow, I don’t begrudge this place on that in this review. But what got me really kind of sick to my stomach was when the food preparer put on the plastic gloves to handle the salad making, he found himself without enough lettuce and had to go to the back to get more. So with his plastic gloved hands, he squarely placed an open hand on the swing door to the back and returned with the lettuce. And with the very same gloved hand, prepared our salads, he began to grab that lettuce and tore the lettuce for the salads using the same right hand that he had just placed on that door. What’s the use of using gloves if those hands will be on the door, under the counter, maybe the toilet? Where does it end? I’m not going back to this location for a while. Just a note, it was around 1:00 o’clock, after main lunch hour, that we went to this place. Maybe they just slow down after the big lunch rush? This is a management/training/hiring issue.

Stopped in for an early bagel. The cinnamon/sugar was to die for! Chewy and crusty and fabulous. I see an addiction here…

I got the herby turkey and it was hands down the most delicious thing I could’ve eaten right now. So good. There was a line to the door when we got here but it moved fast. The prices are good and unlimited coffee! I will definitely be back!

If there were a Bruegger’s closer to me I would certainly go to that one. However this is the only one I know of closer to this side of town. The manager is rude and very Kurt every time I have gone there. I love Bruegger’s but the service stinks.

Every time I stumble into Brueggers before one of my prolonged double shifts I’m usually under-caffeinated, sleepwalking and/or wishing I was in a tropical paradise. But let’s get down to brass tax, this is a bagel shop. And Brueggers succeeds in offering deliciously fresh bagels and a soothing cup of Joe. Although they offer a tasty variety of signature sandwiches, they really make a name for themselves with their specialty cream cheeses(onion, chive, strawberry, bacon, etc). I’m a simple man, which means an everything bagel with plain cream cheese does the trick. But the experience is heightened at Brueggers, because a near perfect bite is what they strive for. The succulence of the cream cheese pairs with the saltiness of the crisp bagel, leaving your mouth undeniably watered. To wash it all down, grab yourself a satisfying coffee beverage, in which you’re welcome to go up for round two. Yes guys, Brueggers offers free refills on coffee, tea and even soda! Speaking candidly though, if I didn’t work in the same plaza, I’m not so certain I would drive out of the way for a bagel. Make sense? But Bruegger’s still has my stamp of approval.

There can be a wait for sure but there is a reason for the wait it is because these are some of the best bagels ever. If you are lucky you might even get one that is hot and freshly made. I have moved from Tallahassee but anytime I come back to town it is a requirement to visit Bruegger’s bagels. I consider myself a bagel snob and these are definitely the best.

The wait time just to order was over 25 minutes! Unfortunately this overrides any positive experience, especially when we’re dealing with a simply menu such as bagels. By the time we sat down we were well over 40 minutes into being there. We had people standing over us waiting in line while we ate inside the restaurant. The menu listed one price for a bagel with cream cheese and a different price for a bagel with a cream cheese spread. At the register, we saw the Zapps potato chips and I wanted my boyfriend to try them as we do not have that brand where we live. The lady at the register suggested a combo and we agreed and paid. She proceeded to hand us a fountain soda cup but I preferred coffee as it was 9:10am. She said I had to pay the difference for coffee but this was after we already paid with a credit card, nonetheless nothing was mentioned about this prior to paying. After all, we order 2 bagels and again, it was just after 9:00am in the morning. She eventually exchanged the soda cup for a coffee cup but not before saying«I can do this for you this one time». Um, thanks but never again! Definitely not worth it!!!
