I’m not sure what Nic S. is talking about. This location S-U-C-K-S! I am a local business owner and the owner’s of this franchise should be ashamed. In complete opposition to Nic S. review, I was at this location a few weeks ago and ordered a very simple 2 meals + an extra sandwich. The order was read back to me two separate times during the transaction, but alas the extra sandwich was missing as I discovered when I arrived home. I called and spoke with Susan(I’ve now memorized one of their names) who gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing her. I even gave my significant other the silent WTF look at the beginning of the phone conversation. Susan offered to send out a coupon for the missing sandwich. I told her this is unacceptable for me because I don’t feel I should have to wait days/weeks for a coupon for a sandwich I have already paid for. Susan said I could drive back up and get a new biscuit sandwich since breakfast was ending soon, but I said I was getting ready for work and this wouldn’t work. Susan offered to make a biscuit and hold it until I could come get it, but I told her I wasn’t interested in a several hours old sandwich. I asked if I could come in a few hours on my lunch break for a chicken sandwich, and Susan told me that I couldn’t because the sandwich cost more than the biscuit. At this point I asked to speak with a manager, and Susan told me that they would tell me the same thing she told me. I became so flustered I hung up without another word. I called back a few minutes later and Susan answered so I asked to speak with a manager, but was told they were in a meeting. Yea, right. My next step was to file a complaint on the corporate website which was forwarded to the head honcho at this location, but I still have not heard back(it’s been two weeks). I relayed my story to friends/clients and have heard similar stories of dissatisfaction. I cannot in good conscience return to this Chic-Fil-A, and I hope you don’t either. I would expect this level of customer service at a McDonald’s, but not at my beloved Chic-Fil-A. Food was good, but I still haven’t eaten the chicken biscuit I paid for.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tallahassee, FL
Service and food quality are on-point with other Chick-Fil-A locations in Tallahassee. The crew members are always friendly and the food comes out quickly. The restaurant is always clean and smells clean, and the condiment section is always well-stocked. There is a play-area for children, but I haven’t tested that out yet. However, this restaurant desperately needs either a) a second drive-thru, b) its own entrance off of Apalachee Pkwy, or c) a sister-location right next door. I never go to the drive-thru at this location because it is too busy, and it backs up onto the highway at times(thank goodness that Target built an alternative entrance). It’s much faster to park, go inside and order, and then leave, rather than sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes(not to mention wasting precious fossil fuels in the process). I think that this location loses a lot of potential business simply because people can’t get into the parking lot/driveway. This has certainly been the case with me at least two times in the past six months.
