Laurie was phenomenal. I had been suffering for 3 months after getting a horrible (and I mean horrible) color and cut from a VERY pricey, prestigious salon. I was trying to grow it out, but after toying with the idea of getting a trim to «shape it up,» so I would feel better, I walked into Cost Cutters. Laurie understood how upset I was and shaped up my hair into a fantastic style well suited to my thin/​fine hair. It’s been 3 weeks now, and it’s looking better than ever. What a life saver. Looking forward to going back again! A bonus: The prices are great. A better cut, lower prices, wonderful, highly experienced stylist. What more could one want?

Devon was great! I needed a last minute hair cut before a job interview so I slipped in for a quick cut. She understood exactly what I was taking about and cleaned up the mass of hair that i have! I got a great style and even some handy styling tips! (Trust me… I need all the help I can get!). I will definitely be going back! :)

Been coming here for a while, on and off since I was a kid. They give good hair cuts, but it’s never exactly what I went there for.
I went in just to get the back trimmed up on my hair that I’m trying to grow out and it looks great, don’t get me wrong, but more hair was cut off than I had asked in the back and where I wanted it trimmed is still a little long. I’ve had a short hair cut and am growing it out so having it taken back to a state that I’ve been trying to get out of is slightly bothersome.
Staff is great and friendly though, don’t get me wrong. Don’t expect a $ 30 haircut for $ 15 (which by the way their prices are pretty good as well if you’re looking for a simple cut).
