Long wait times when calling to speak to customer service. Rude customer service people. Can never speak to a supervisor. A broken bottle refund bill was $ 9.09. When asked for a credit, it had to be done in writing and the credit was only $ 6.75, not the entire bill. Statements were to be sent by mail. They never came and I was told it was my fault even after one rep. identified an error in the system. First delivery was on a Wednesday. Schedule was changed, without verifying office hours, to Friday and we are closed on Friday. This information was given to the driver who said he would pass it along. Never done. Canceled service on 1÷28÷16 and was told they would come on 1st Friday in Feb. and then bill for cooler rental through Feb. 5th! Again we are closed on Friday. Information never gets updated in the system. Communication in this company is very lax to say the least.
